The telephone operator at Sandy's let his insecurity discourage his ability to search for parts at this auto parts store.It is my assumption that Sandy's may be doing pretty well for business...Since this guy answering the phones was more then happy to direct my business else where when he realized that the part finding task of his job was beyond his crainial scope.Perhaps some training so your employees aren't set up for failure?

Couldn't find parts for my 2003 Trailblazer EXT in a reasonable time through normal auto parts stores, luckily they had the upper trailing arms I needed and were good condition VERY well priced, I highly recommend them and their services

Wayne and his team are the best, amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. Always willing to help point you in the right direction if they can’t help you.
