Mr. Star - TV Wall Mounting and TV Installation

I’ve tried call this company many times and they don’t even allow you to leave a voicemail. I’ve tried booking online and their address locator doesn’t work so I can’t even book that way. I’ve even texted and have gotten no response. Shocked they’ve gotten so many 5 stars

Just had Ras here to install my TV and wall mount. Patient, polite, professional and arrived on time. The installation took about half an hour including measurement, drill, lifting and etc. Very helpful on answering my questions about how to adjust the position. Good job.

I would highly recommend these guys! We had an appointment booked the next morning after we inquired their services. They shared costs upfront and potential additional costs, if needed. They were very professional and accommodating.Matt and his partner showed up first thing in the morning and was super professional and informative. He is full of knowledge and has a lot of experience in other areas of home maintenance, aside from TV installation. Matt said it would take him about 2 and a half hours to complete the TV mounting and shelf installation in both living rooms. He was out right within his guesstimated time.Their workmanship was spectacular! Matt prides his work on being accurate and precise with his measurements and installation. He constantly checks in with you to ensure you approve of where he is putting things, and is very diligent when sharing how areas function.We looked at a lot of different Kijiji ads thinking we might have a good deal on an installation, but everyone we talked with didn't sound legit. In doing a Google search we found these folks, and it really was because of their reviews is why we decided to choose them. We are happy with our decision, and the investment that we made into trusting a company who prides themselves on doing the best work with the highest level of customer service.

If you're looking to mount your TV, don't bother looking for anyone else! Matt was incredibly responsive and helpful. From beginning to end the entire experience was seamless. We were hesitant to wall mount our TV as we live in a condo and the wall is concrete but Matt and Josh had our 72 inch TV wall mounted securely in no time. They explained everything before they did it and cleaned up when they were done. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Ras did an amazing job mounting my TV on the wall and hiding the wires. Everything was done so quickly too! I am very happy with Mr. Star's quality of service and will be sure to recommend to my friends and family who need help with mounting their tvs. My entertainment area is now much closer to what I want it to be. I needed help mounting my new TV in January and I’m so happy I got in touch with the Mr. Star team. Living in a condo, I was nervous about drilling into metal studs myself. Matt showed up with his colleague and took care of everything in less than an hour. I also purchased a wall mount from him, which was both cheaper and lighter (better for my thin walls!) than the one I was going to purchase. They knew exactly how to troubleshoot too: one side of the mount couldn’t be mounted to a metal stud but Matt was prepared with proper toggle bolts. There is no way I could’ve done that myself. When they were done, they even cleaned up after themselves with a little vacuum. It’s been 5 months and my TV has not moved at all. I highly recommend Mr. Star!

Amazing service from Matt from the moment I called in and everything was more than perfect. Matt assessed the installation area and provided his recommendations which I went with and I am glad we did as everything turned to be amazing. Thank you Matt keep it up.
