We chose a very beautiful granite slab from Ultra Stone’s material supplier. Ultra Stone measured the kitchen countertops and worked with us to orient the unique natural pattern of the stone to enhance the look of the kitchen. The workmanship and installation were very professionally done. Ultra Stone delivers excellent value and workmanship in granite and quartz countertops.

Ultra Stone Ltd. did an excellent job for replacing quartz countertops. Very accurate measurements and a high quality job done on time. The Project Coordinator was very professional & provided regular updates and job was done on time.

Where to even start? I decided to use this company for my quartz slabs for my own personal renovation after using them on at least a dozen or so of my design projects, with no issues. I selected the slabs I wanted and got them quoted this summer- giving my projected project timelines to them. When it came time to purchase I was told that prices had increased by $316.05. This was not unheard of during Covid- it happened with a few of my other suppliers, however ALL of the other suppliers I worked with gave me the common courtesy of a phone call prior to let me know of the price increase before it took affect and gave me the opportunity to secure my materials at the originally quoted price. Ultra stone basically said “too bad” which should have been a flag that I should work with another company. Fast forward to the installation- which was over a week behind the originally scheduled install. They came and took my kitchen sink with them- delaying my cabinets/plumbing and other scheduled trades on my project. They didn’t have the slabs I originally wanted but were able to substitute with acceptable alternatives, however they used pencil to write directly on the stone. I was able- with a lot of effort- to get out most of the marks with the exception of the most expensive slab I purchased. I have been scrubbing away at it and there are two locations in my master bath where the pencil marks still exist (see photos). Their installer also left a HUGE scratch my spare bath counter and then submitted “completed” photos where you cannot see the scratch (ironic, no?) when I complained about the scratch they are now trying to charge me an additional $250 to fix the scratch that was done by their employee… after hiking their prices up! Great customer service! I would not recommend using this company and in the future I will be sourcing other quartz slabs for my clients as they have been a nightmare to deal with.*to add to their comment below on the difference in time- our daughter is very sick and we were in hospital at the time so we our timelines were pushed back- this company didn’t care to ask any questions as to why, if they did would be happy to provide context. I would even be happy to take the review down if they would fix the scratch (that did happen during installation because there wasn’t another trade with access to the site during the time frame we were in hospital, the key wasn’t even on site) the lack of communication and customer service has been an issue and all they would have to do is fix the scratch and I would happily take this review down.

Choosing the right supplier for your renovation is as important as choosing the right granite/quartz for your space. I have been using Ultra Stone as our kitchen and vanity supplier for the last few years. I have high exceptions and need the jobs done right and quickly - the first time. Ultra Stone does just that. They treat me like my jobs are always our first jobs together. Budget's are always getting in the way of what we really want but Ultra Stone always allows me to get what I need for the right price. Kind, friendly and reliable Ultra Stone will not disappoint!

Excellent Service, It was amazing experience with this company. I renovated my house and changed my countertops they are much experienced and have knowledge they gave me best colour combination in Quartz and the quality of the sinks and their finishing is so good in reasonable price. Did my job well on time. Planning to work with them in future as well. Great team.
