Has a decent selection in the store. They have deal racks but they also have marked down items mixed in with their regular inventory which is a little annoying.

I went to get my snowboard tuned at their service shop and filled out a form giving them my contact info as well as info about my board and was told it would be ready for me the following day. When i arrived i was informed that no work had been done on my board and that i would have to come back in 3 days when their machine was fixed. This didnt work for me as i had a trip planned for the 3rd day. I was not made aware of this and now i am scrambling to find a shop before i leave in 2 days.

Lol just walked outta there zero customer service and unorganized I suggest keeping brands together not according to warmth " there was no one in the shop so zero excuse not to help...unfriendly bunch won't be back...Chek your reviews you aren't reviewing well...worst Sport Chek ever :("

Starting to have to spend @ $100 on our 9yr olds shoes. Staff was there to tell us the truth about the shoes on the shelf. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive. Steered us to what we needed.

Was looking at shoes and wanted to buy some this evening and 3 staff members walked by me and didnt ask if I needed help. I shouldn't have to ask. Aren't your employees suppose to great all customers?
