Traditional gyms can be so intimidating. Mitch has been an incredible trainer for our almost 13 year old son who plays rep baseball. When looking for a personal trainer for our son we were looking for someone not only to help him grow stronger for the season but also someone who would help him grow mentally. Mitch has done this! Our son loves his time with Mitch; he has gained confidence, mental strength and physical strength. Mitch cares about his clients and wants them to succeed and hit their personal goals not only in their training sessions but in life.

Great experience with Mitch, this guy is very passionate and extremely knowledgeable in personal training. The movements he incorporates into workouts for un developed muscles and weak areas are incredible. The gym is perfect and he has every thing you possibly need. Movement Mindset Personal Training
After dealing with a couple of nagging injuries over the last year or so, I decided to try out MMPT to see if some guided exercise would help the healing process. In just a few sessions, Mitch had imparted new concepts for me to incorporate into warmups and workouts that would build strength and restore confidence in both my shoulder and knee. I've been to 5 sessions and already notice a huge improvement in my strength and stability and, more importantly, my confidence in my body's ability to progress and return to normal function and beyond.Mitch is optimistic, encouraging, and very knowledgeable about functional fitness and holistic health. I highly recommend MMPT to anyone looking to increase fitness levels, restore confidence in their body, or looking gain a new perspective on health and functional fitness outside of traditional, more intimidating settings.AJ

I read all of the incredibly positive reviews and agree with all of the great praise for Mitch and MMPT. What I would add is how incredibly agile and flexible Mitch is able to be for each client. There’s no one size fits all here. Mitch learns about the client and tailors the workouts and continually tweaks to suit. He’s invested in each person’s progress. His knowledge as stated by others is immense and he continues to read and learn. I’m a desk worker and over COVID had settled into a very sedentary lifestyle. Very quickly Mitch has helped me to make big changes and given me the confidence to reach my goals. He’s professional and friendly and makes our workouts enjoyable. I would never have made such progress at a typical gym and I wouldn’t have enjoyed it like I am. Whatever is stopping you from improving your fitness, I have no doubt Mitch can help you too.

I worked with Mitch remotely for several weeks and had a phenomenal experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and accommodating of the workout resources I had available.
