This company is the worst.The customer service representative Agnes is not profesional for her position, she is not good for her position, she treated me very badly when I tried to solve the service elevator issue. They notified me one day before the delivery, the day they supposedly had to deliver me, the only time available for the service elevator was at 6pm, this company notified me that they make deliveries at 4:30pm maximum. We changed the delivery date, they were going to deliver me another day at 4pm, I asked for two hours off work to be there, service elevator reserved from 3pm to 5pm, the company arrived at 6pm. It is the worst service that I had, I tried to communicate with them all day with no response.

This company was subcontracted by Day and Ross to deliver a gazebo ordered through Costco. Day and Ross had shipped this over to High Energy Transport on May 31. At first I had issues with trying to locate the delivery, finding out the delivery date and reaching the company. Leo reached out to my after hearing of my issues and followed through with a prompt delivery and follow up. The delivery team handled the heavy products with care. I highly recommend them.

This company was subcontracted by Purolator to deliver a bed i ordered through Amazon. They have failed to deliver it twice. This is unbelievable. I have attempted to call their office multiple times and it just goes straight to the voicemail. I will update this review pending their actions.. For now 0 Stars! Unprofessional, Not Responsive, Poor Value.Update 1 : The VP of High Energy Transport personally reached out to me with a prompt response. My delivery is set for tomorrow AM . I am very pleased with the response time and attention to my matter upon emailing him. I will update once again upon completion of delivery. 3 Stars!Update 2 : Bed was delivered as promised. 5 stars for prompt resolution.

The guys showed up on time and were able to get our king mattress up two flights of stairs, which are fairly narrow. This wasn't their easiest delivery and it was the end of the day (~5pm), but they didn't complain. Would recommend!

Having to move home during this unusual time was very daunting, but the team at High Energy Transport took all of the fear out of my move. Their professionalism, punctuality and respect for both me and my property were excellent. They worked extremely hard to ensure my move was as quick as possible to reduce any risk involved, without compromising on the quality of their service. I would highly recommend them! Greg and his team are best movers we have come across. They were punctual, professional, well prepared and thorough. We were moving our office in GTA are and they provided us excellent service.

I would give it a zero if I could !This company was subcontracted by Day and Ross to deliver a Sojag gazebo ordered from Costco.A message was left on our landline telling us that delivery would be on Wednesday from 12-4 . We were told in the voice message from Kathy to text back from the number which is our landline to confirm.Not possible - we have tried calling and leaving messages several times over the past few days. Citing the correct phone number to no avail!Unable to connect with a human being and have left so many voicemails- no response to any of them.Our installer is getting fed up and may not come to install.Not a good way to run a business!!!UPDATE- many, many thanks and 5 stars to both Leo Silveira and driver Brian for sorting out this horrible mess. Our gazebo is now safely tucked away waiting for the installer.From emailing Leo to receiving the gazebo took under 2 hours!

I hired High Energy Transport to take care of our second move this year and they did not disappoint! Leo is so pleasant to deal with. Extremely professional and courteous he always responds to emails promptly.The guys that did our move were equally as courteous. They were careful to make sure the floor was protected and wrapped the furniture, mattresses etc really well to ensure they stayed clean and safe during transport. They were really nice guys to have around and did an excellent job. I wish Pierre and Leo all the best in the future and we'll definitely be using them again.

My mattress delivery was originally scheduled for this Saturday from 11-3 CST. I received a missed call from a private number at 10am. I didn't my phone ring, and the caller didn't leave a message. I was helping my mom move and had planned to return home for the delivery and to sell my old mattress to someone else. I went home to wait for the delivery to arrive at the stated time, I waited all day and was unable to sell my mattress or finish helping my mom move. I called high energy on Monday and they told me that the driver said he couldn't deliver since there was no answer. He didn't leave a message. He didn't come on time. He didn't leave the mattress with the concierge. He just took the mattress back and caused me to lose out on a sale and miss helping my mom move. Since then I've had to call the lovely ladies at the head office to schedule another delivery. They were completely lovely. Another delivery was scheduled for today. No call, no update no show. The drivers here are utterly unprofessional and do not care if they waste your time or your life. It truly unreasonable behavior. There should not be a marker for this sort of service. There purpose was to remove inconvenience from my life. Instead, my week is filled with frustrations and added costs as I have to relist my mattress since the buyer decided he won't purchase it since I cancelled twice now. The ladies at the desk can't be beat. The drivers don't care at all about your delivery or your experience. They actively attempt to ruin your day out of spite.
