I originally left a not-very-nice review here. There were struggles to get Smalls to complete our job. I am pleased to say that they immediately reached out and have made things right. I can't leave a perfect 5-star review due to the long delays and frustrations.. BUT, because the finished result is all that we asked for, Smalls deserves 4-stars. Thanks!

If you buy tiles there, make sure your delivery is from one lot!We bought tiles there and a couple of weeks later we needed additional tiles. The second lot was totally different from the first one in terms of surface. One was smooth and polished - the second one was not.Comment from the manager: That's the way they come and there is nothing we can do."Very disappointing..."

We visited Smalls on a Saturday to purchase our tile, hardwood flooring as well as glass tile.We were neither greeted nor helped the entire time we were there. There were only two groups in the store at the time, us and one other group and we were completely ignored for the duration of our visit.We were also in view of their staff in many instances since we had to cross paths. Still nothing from their staff to see if we needed any assistance.Terrible service. Would never give my money to a business that runs in such an unprofessional manner.Edit: We started our visit in the flooring section spending time comparing colours of flooring and then moved to the tile section, which is where we saw the staff.As we were not acknowledged and did not feel welcome. We cut our visit short.

Sam is the best!He will help you with your project. He is really knowledge. He is focus on helping you find the perfect tile.If you are looking for an AMAZING customer service. definitely this store is the best in town!

Talk about selection selection selection lol. I spoke with the co-owner who was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and they have one heck of a showroom definitely a two thumbs up

Dealt with Shelly today, she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable made finding tile for our bathroom renovation quick and easy. I'll be back for the next bathroom reno.Tons of selection for flooring. Their pricing was cheaper than I was expecting.

We have been working with Smalls Flooring for all our flooring and tiling needs. Their service, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and is up to the task of satisfying our clients.Our projects are all completed in a timely, professional manner and the follow up service is exceptional. We consider them an important trade partner and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Entering the store, I was impressed with the selection and quality. Shelly helped us select flooring samples. The laminate samples we took home had three different colours and we settled on one and ordered. What I discovered later was that the three samples were not the same. One had a finish that rolled over the edge making it look more authentic. One was waterproof versus water resistant. The flooring planks came in different lengths. Had the differences been explained, we would have selected the longest board, roll over colour and waterproof. The flooring arrived weeks later and we picked it up. We discovered some damaged boards and were given a refund for 1 box. We returned to the store recently to pick tile and again Shelly gave us advice and samples. Our third visit was on a Friday 45 minutes before closing. We were not met with the same service but the in-house bar was pouring so I will cut them some slack. Prices are not at a discount however the quality and selection are great.

My experience with Smalls couldn't have been better. I went in with a Pinterest board my wife cooked up. I ended up dealing with Sam. He and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Giving us a variety of options to accomplish our vision as well as giving us some helpful cost saving tips to help keep us within our budget. If you are doing a new build I couldn't recommend them enough.

I rarely write reviews, but I thought the Small's team deserved one.I built a new house and throughout the process had nothing but the best service I could expect to receive. Professional, courteous and patient, Carey and Sam were both A+ to work with.Being experts in what they do, we took their advice on a few items we couldn't quite narrow down ourselves. We're really happy we listened to their advice, because they totally nailed it and our new house looks amazing.Thanks again!
