Antigonish Evergreen Inn
We stayed here to let a storm pass overnight. The room was beautiful, clean, and the beds were so comfortable we had a great sleep. We were so thankful for the kind owners that let us spend the night here on such short notice. It was also nice to wake up in the morning and be greeted with coffee and breakfast and a great chat with the owners. Lovely people and lovely stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful family operated business with a soul. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped, including a full stove and oven. Rick and Linda are very welcoming hosts and make you feel at home. We will always stay here every time we come to the North shore. Great experience!

This was one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed in and so peaceful. I have been telling everyone, that if they need to stay in Antigonish, this is the place to stay. Very clean!! Went to return the key in the morning and the smell of fresh baked goods was mouth watering. Loved it!!

Immaculately maintained with many extras like slippers and bathrobes and umbrellas and long shoehorn (my hubby is 6'4 and loves a long shoe horn:)) The breakfast was beyond expectations- the oatmeal is a creamy delight

This place will warm your heart at the end of a long road. It’s better than a hotel, it’s better than an airbnb, and it’s better than a B&B: it’s like a friend offered you one of their bedrooms. And it’s clean and warm and welcoming. No stress, no fake customer blah blah blah, just genuine hospitality! We left at 5 am and the day before they put a breakfast basket in the fridge for us…go figure, I thought people like these did not exist anymore. 5 stars without any hesitation.

Clean, spacious, and parking near the room. All rooms were at ground level. Friendly hosts. Car recommended to reach other sites in town. Pay laundry available. Kitchenette in room.

My family and I had rooms here last week while in Antigonish when my father was ill and subsequently passed.The rooms are gorgeous, with full kitchenette and lovely bathroom with plush robes!Very comfy beds and pillows.The complimentary continental+ breakfast is the icing on the cake!

I have no problem giving a 5* review. A small motel strip, this plays out a lot more like a countryside inn.The rooms are well laid out with a spacious bathroom. Well lit and very tastefully done, it made for a very comfortable stay. A live plant(a rarity for staying anywhere due to the commitment of watering), housecoats, slippers, a stove/fridge/microwave, it had all the amenities.You can really tell the owners care and want to provide a positive experience.On a side, make sure you take in the continental breakfast. The owner gets up super early to bake scones, which are amazing! Thank you guys for all your hard work to make our stay special!

Quiet location, but a short drive to downtown and the University. Large and fully stocked rooms with great light, and even a laundromat on the premises. Friendly and helpful owners on site. Highly recommended.

Antigonish Evergreen Inn
I booked this hotel to visit my daughter at StFX. This hotel is very dirty. I ended up shortening my stay as my room had bugs and I could not rest in the horrible conditions. Do not stay here.
