huge, neat and perfect for large gatherings...more options for food could be there in the building...but the centre itself is great...

Super organized vaccination clinic, in and out within 30 minutes!

First time at the Telus Convention centre for a workplace Christmas party. It was so well organized and well decorated for the festive season. There was a live band & a DJ who were terrific. The meal was amazing. The meat melted in our mouths.

In 25 years of attending conferences and tradeshows, this week at Telus Convention Center may have been the worst. Every room in the building was 23+ degrees. HVAC clearly can't handle the size of the Centre with people in it. Catering was a disaster. Lunch setup for nearly 4000 people was one line that criscrossed itself to get to different food stations. Coffee stations were constantly empty and disgusting with cream, honey, and other spills. Terrible presentation for a conference.

Beautiful and comfy place... Nice exhibits, pictures, sculptures, mineral samples to watch and learn... Must visit if you are in town...

A great venue for sure, delivering on grandeur, easier to get to and park than I'd thought. We were in the McLeod hall. Service for our large event seemed a bit slow, and food portions mediocre for the high ticket price.

A beautiful building and the friendliest and most helpful security staff! I have been in and out of the building several times these last few weeks and every security guard I met has been so kind and willing to help!

A fairly solid venue. The parking is a problem, and limited accessibility, with an uncomfortable north/south split that makes setup and teardown difficult. But it's large size and being near Stephen Ave makes a big difference.

The convention centre is decent, however their in house AV company is the absolute worst.Warning: if you decide to book an event here, expect to pay 3x-4x the going rate for AV equipment and exorbitant power fees that in no way represent the actual cost of power. There is a slew of other things they will nickle and dime you for as well.I would guess and say the only reason the venue keeps this arrangement is because they get something like 50% of AV bill. When the venue says they don't control the AV pricing it is complete and utter nonsense. They signed the contract with AV provider and the only thing they are interested in is forcing you to hire their 'on-site AV'.Zero value added except to the convention centre's bank account.
