I went there to get my eyebrows done and although I didn’t have an appt they took me right in. I had my brows threaded, for the first time ever, and she did an amazing job!Everyone there is very nice so friendly. I’m looking forward to going and getting a pedicure.

The way he treats both the staff and the customers has completely revolutionized the salon. From the moment I walked in, I could immediately sense a remarkable improvement in the overall ambiance and quality of service. The new staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The positive vibes are now palpable throughout the salon. Even the selection of music playing in the background has been upgraded, adding an extra touch of delight to my visit. Beautiful Nails Art and Spa
Lin is one of the only nail artists in Kelowna that changes the shape of my uneven nail beds with the gel, and she has such an attention for detail, making sure every nail is perfect. My nails look natural, even though they’re fake nails; she makes sure the gel is thin, but also super strong. I don’t go anywhere else!!

I have been coming to this place for years and always have a good experience! They just recently hired new staff and they were so welcoming when I arrived. Lily did my manicure. She is so sweet and did such an amazing job:) Michelle at the front was great too! I am sad to see some workers moved and left the salon but Kim is still there and she is great too!!!

I had Emma for my pedicure and it was wonderful! I decided to treat myself to something nice and it was well worth my time. She made the experience very comfortable and created a welcoming space and environment. Her massage was incredibly relaxing and her overall pedicure was very well done. I confidently give her my vouch of reccomendation!

After a disappointing period of absence due to the salon's decline, I decided to give it another chance upon hearing about the new management. Wow, was I amazed! The new manager CHRIS is a sweetheart, wise beyond his years. Engaging conversations aside, he quickly understood my time constraints and delivered flawless nail results. It's a beautiful comeback, and I'll definitely be back for more top-notch service and stunning nails!
