This company is always fast, reliable and professional, not sure why you would call anyone else. This is the only company I trust my property's with.

Yesterday, we had AK Brown Ltd. in our studio to repair the furnace, A/C and hot water tanks during the day. I arrived to teach a dance class that evening to find a dirty, disgusting mess all over our high-quality dance studio floor. There were bits of dirt, sand, broken metal and plastic all over the floor, with dirty boot prints all over. They clearly made no efforts to clean up after themselves. They also left a floor panel in the middle of the studio, without making any effort to return it to where they found it. Our Harlequin dance floors might be permanently damaged, and require special treatment to clean, which I will not have time to do until this weekend. The remainder of our dance classes this week will all be affected. I am beyond disgusted with the disrespectful treatment from this business. I had young students age 5-10 coming in for class shortly after I arrived, and was shocked to see the state of the studio. I do not want my customers to think that this is how we operate our facility. The kids spent half the dance class coughing because of all the dust, dirt and crud that AK Brown left behind in our studio space. I will never let this business set foot in our studio space again and would encourage everyone to look elsewhere for these services. DISGRACEFUL.

It was a great place to work! I worked there 20 yrs ago, and as a younger man was a little ....let's just say I had itchy feet and needed to keep moving! I met the owner at his house to do some work there and an hour later I was an HVAC apprentice. I loved the feeling of co-workers being like extended family and the personnel /individual attention I got from more experienced co workers and supervision. I didn't just feel like a number or easily replaceable. Felt like a team with everyone buying in. That comes from the top. I hope a lot of younger people got the chance AK Brown over the years like I did!!!

As a potential vendor for AK Brown we met with their team and took a tour through their building. I can say when I need HVAC services I will go to these guys! Their operation is very organized and professional. They have specialists for every HVAC category. Their team is always looking to improve to provide the best service for the best price. Very responsible company. This is a turn key company. They even provide hands on learning in their shop for apprentice schools. Keep up the great service guys!
