Great company and service!

We had an unforgettable experience - We ordered a part from them that was required from are engineer for a load bearing wall removal. we paid for the part and went to pick it up to find out oppss they already sold it ...AND they had no more in stock so they would have to order it ... from the US * ok we agreed to wait as they said it would take 10 business days ... 4 WEEKS LATER. after many phone call many * we dont know when its going to come in* and having to re book our guys to install the product many times we decided to cancel our order and order with someone else - happy to say we received are product in 4 days from another companyWILL not use this place again and WOULD not recommend not one person at this place new anything all they give you is the run around - save your time
