Bob's Appliance Repair

Bob had to cancel the initial appointment I booked with him. As such, he rescheduled a second appointment which he failed to show up for and/or contact me. Don’t waste your time like I did.

I have worked with Bob for 15+years. He is knowledgeable, prompt and conscientious. I would recommend Bob for all your appliance needs.

What kind of an appliance repairman would fix a dryer that stopped working and not mention the dryer vent needed to be cleaned out?! A huge part of a dryer working properly and efficently is to make sure the vent is not clogged with lint, dust, etc. But did this Bob guy let me know that? No he did not. Don't expect Bob to care about safety regarding whether or not your house burns down from a clogged dryer vent. I had to figure it out by searching google on why my dryer was still not operating efficiently after having it fixed. All I can think is he didn't tell me so it would break again and he could make more money off of me to fix it again. Endless money for him if he continued to fix it while not telling me the dryer vent needed cleaned. SMH I can't and don't recommend this company.

Awesome, highly recommend! Called about a question with my refrigerator and Bob called me back quickly and answered my questions thoroughly and kindly. When I didn't understand something he patiently explained it in a different way, and was very honest and helpful! I was very impressed!

We were very happy with his service. After a brief chat on the phone to discuss the problem, he came to the house the next day and quickly identified the problem. He helped us to acquire the part we needed which we were able to replace ourselves to save a little money. Dryer is working great again. Overall ... responsive, cost effective, knowledgeable, friendly. I'd recommend him.

Bob was fantastic! Arrived when he said he would, fixed our fridge in short order and his charge was reasonable. Very nice guy also. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Bob returns phone calls and actually show up and does what he says he will do. Excellent job. Very fair price. O recommend him.

I cannot recommend Bob highly enough. When he repaired our dishwasher he was able to get to us right away, did excellent work, and his prices were very reasonable. When our oven went out on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving, I called Wednesday morning to see if he could fit us in. He had a lot of people ahead of us and couldn't get to us that day, but he gave me several recommendations. He even called me back later to see if I had found anyone, and offer advice on what the problem might be and how to fix it. I can't remember the last time someone went above and beyond like that to provide excellent service, especially when he wasn't even being paid for his time. I will definitely be taking all future appliance repairs to Bob.
