Incredibly slow at processing new construction plans.. so far its been 5 months and still waiting for the engineering group to review the removal of trees so our plans can be finalized.

Just moved down and I can’t believe how unkept the grass Boulevards are right beside the new tsawwassen mills mall. Hip high grass and weeds leaning onto the lane of the roads and sidewalks. Shame on the maintenance dept

Lovely grounds and pond with fountain. Google maps directs you off the highway, as if you can turn off hwy 17A to enter the municipal offices from the east side. Not possible! You must come from the west side only!!
