The hours are for the office only.The cardboard, paper, plastic drop off bins are accessible 24 hours.

Well, when you don't take my properly sorted recycling, no note saying why, it's ending up in the trash, and that's on you. I need my recycling bin, do your job. Aylmer Street downtown.

So i put out my recycling out this morning all separated and the guy who takes it left my bag of cans on the side of the sidewalk. They were in a clear recycling bag and it was only cans like do your job.
