As a professional executive nanny and early childhood educator seeking high profile work I prefer to work with professional agencies who have the kind of clients I’m looking for and are willing to listen to my contract needs as a nanny. I found the team including Kate in Toronto to be very accommodating of my needs. She listened to my requests and made sure I was happy with my contract and clients. She has made herself available for any questions or advice even after my contract was signed. She has been sincere with me and I felt as a nanny she had my best interest at heart. I will surely be working with this agency again in the future. I also wanted to add that I’m enjoying the you tube channel and advice articles for nannies. We have been using this service since 2018 and have always had a good experience with both the Nannies and admin agents. It has solved so many problems for us when work events or life events come up and we need that little extra bit of help. Overall, we have been happy with the Nannies who have been sent to us over the years. My daughter & son have never said they didn’t like any of the Nannies. We’ve only had one Nanny who came late. They are usually always prompt or arrive a bit early. The booking system is easy to use.

My experience with nannies on call was terrific.It was very easy to sign up online and request a nanny for the date I needed help. I received a call back very quickly to confirm they had found a nanny that met my needs.The nanny (Alicia) came exactly when I had requested her for. she was absolutely great with my 15 month old twin boys (including playing, feeding, changing, etc...) she took direction very well and was very polite and professional.I am a very satisfied customer and will use this service again.

I worked with Nannies on Call for 3years while I lived in Calgary. During which time I completed numerous On Call bookings, established and built a relationship with the agency a couple of the Placement Managers at that time. After completing the comprehensive screening & interview processes I am happy to now be  be a part of the Nannies on Call team. During the hiring process I worked with Allison and Kayla B.
