The problem is many are complaining about the service, the Doctor and Nurses. Go complain to the Government. My friend there for an injury and it took her two days for things to be resolved. Go complain to the ones making the decisions.

I went in for an appointment and the service was fast they had me do xrays and saw a specialist in and out in just over an hour

Went to the emergency room with my wife. The triage was done within 30 minutes including a blood test. However, there was no doctor and she was not seen in next 12 hours. We came back at 3 AM. If you’re looking for emergency, don’t go here. There are no doctors only triage nurses

I gave birth at this hospital and it was a great experience. However that was the first and last good experience I've had. My 2 year old had a seizure at daycare and was brought in by ambulance. She was only seen 16 hours later. I asked for a diaper and they didn't have one.They said she had strep throat which caused the fever and then the febrile seizure. Ok fine. Fast forward , she wouldn't take the antibiotics so we went to the pharmacy, they called the hospital to ask a question and that's when we found out it wasn't strep, it was a urine infection. How the hell do those 2 things get mixed up and why weren't we informed.Today I called 811 due to profuse bleeding in my ear. Was told to go to the hospital right away. First Tirage nurse was great. 2nd had zero bedside manner. She was rude and condescending. Questioning me why I was at the hospital and then told me to go home . I'm now at LaSalle hospital and the Tirage nurse was appalled when I told him what happened. I understand wait times are horrendous but as nurse compassion and emphathy should be automatic

I came in with a minor emergency problem that yet was taken seriously. I am so grateful to all the people who helped me with my issue. The problem was resolved the next day but I didn’t have to stay overnight. They gave me a next day appointment instead which was great. Don’t really love sitting in hospital waiting rooms.

I went to the emergency for kidney stones and after waiting one hour they told me that I have a 24 hour wait at least? And my pain from 1 to 10 was 15?I went to another hospital and was treated within 15 minutes because of the urgency and pain that I had.They should close their emergency! Instead of letting people going to die there!

All health facilities in Quebec suffer from lack of resources resulting in long waits for appointments and long waits in emergency waiting rooms. With that in mind: staff here are by and large friendly and professional even under the pressure they’re subject to.

I came to the emergency at 6:00 PM yesterday with chest pains, shortness of breath, dizzy spells, and it's now the following day 2:45 PM. I've been here over 20 hours with chest pains and have yet to see the doctor ... do not come here to the emergency ever!Now at 22 hours had time to watch most of the star wars franchise movies and still haven't been called in.

Lack of empathy of triage staff - not all but those that are impatient should seek other employment. No one wants to be treated like they shouldn't be there, no one wants to be there ever!However sometimes you panic and the need to go is crucial. My last visit - I was told there was a 36 hour wait - huh? Obviously I went home.I guess you have to be bleeding from the eyeballs to be seen. Disgusting service..

Very organized. Nurses were friendly and very helpful. They were considerate and they let us know exactly what to expect before the surgery.
