Dissapointing experience.I arrived way before the schedualed closing time. On internet it indicated 9 pm. I was there at 6:40. There was an employee rushing the customer toward the cash registers in an unprofessional way. Also, there is almost no products in store anymore in the men section. It's seems to get more and more empty almost seems like the store is going to close down.

Infuriating service at the changing rooms. Guy working there cannot be bothered to go and check if any rooms are free even when there are 20 people waiting in line. Had to point out that a room was free and ask to use it. I think they prefer to stand around socializing than to offer customer service. Pathetic

25 people waiting in line in cash because there’s only one cashier, and other employees just standing and pretending doing something and watching the costumer waiting in line. We don’t have the whole day to wait in line

It’s was only 11:30 am and the store was like a mess inside… clothes on the ground and some shelves were empty or disordered … And their waiting line for checking out was very very long and their staffs are like exhausted and work kind of slow, I’ve even been asked to go down stair , to the men’s floor , for checking out my stuffs since the waiting line was too long… hope they can find a better to organize their shop… :/

I always find stuff I feel like I should like then kind of don't. The fitting room line is insane so when I feel iffy about something I end up not buying it rather than going through the hassle of trying it on to see if it actually looks good

Overwhelming, you walk in and you just want to walk out.. seems like the store is just so compressed which limits your view on the different pieces of clothing. (The first floor is chaotic which doesn't make you want to go to the second floor) The clothing needs to be spread out... Plus its always packed with people, they need to move into another (longer & wider building). The clothes are trendy but it seems like the quality has deteriorated within the years.

Despite previous experiences here that were acceptable, they were inexplicably closed at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday with no signage posted anywhere.

Large H&M but I had a very bad experience. The item I wanted to purchase was the only one left for the size. However as I was trying to check out, the cashier could not remove the magnetic/ink tag that was attached to the clothe. They tried and tried and tried, banging the tag on the table which was quite embarrassing for both the staff and myself as there was a long line. And then at the end, even with the manager there, I was just told that I couldn’t purchase the item. After all the wait (checkout line was long) and embarrassment— I left without the item. Surely, there must be a way to remove them without just keep banging and trying the same thing over and over? There must have been a contingency method? What a waste of time and a disappointment. I do appreciate the attempts and the help from the cashier, but how come a major store such as this lacked technical competence to remove a basic magnetic ink tag?
