I came in looking for gift ideas for my husband for Valentine’s Day. I didn’t have a clue of what to get him, but Ruby was so patient and kind dealing with me. Great customer service. I had trouble transferring my number to virgin because Fido has technical issues. Ruby was kind enough to give them a call and sort it out rather than have me handle it.

I went in to upgrade my phone pru was very helpful he helped me to choose a phone and the plan that best fit very helpful guy highly recommended going there. Definitely will be going back.

Thanks Ishpret (hope that's spelt right).We were having a problem with our computer with a virus constantly popping up. Called the store and spoke with Ishpret. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, we can go on and on.He talked us through solving the problem and getting rid of the virus, and saved us a lot of headaches. He was exceptional, and can't thank him enough. He will be our go to guy for computer needs from now on.

Came in to buy Microsoft Office 365, the staff Pru and Maryann were very patient and helped me set it up on my laptop. I am gonna visit this store for all my computer needs. Excellent customer service!

I went to the Source for help sorting out an issue I had with data. I spoke to two employees and they were both incredibly patient and helpful. I was able to gain enough information to make an informed decision. Due to my own time constraints, the store representative then made an appointment with me outside of the store hours to get me up and running. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I was warmly greeted by Ishpreet and Pru whom are very knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. I walked out feeling heard and understood, with a great device and superior phone plan.
