Ken's Appliance Repair

Ken was very rude to me from the moment he walked in my door. Didn't introduce himself, ignored me when I politely introduced myself. He refused to remove his shoes after I asked him because we had just had the floor cleaned. He parked in my driveway and blocked in our cleaning lady's car, then when asked to move his vehicle he was rude and sighed exasperatedly as if we were inconveniencing him. He scratched our tile floor moving the oven. He asked me for a mirror while he was working and I didn't realize until after he left that he put the oven back together with the mirror inside of it behind the control panel(which I could see into because he had to remove the clock and send it away for repair) then he left when I was upstairs without saying anything to me at all, I didn't even know he was gone until I came back downstairs to speak with him and he just wasn't there. This is just a summary, I'm not even going to say everything he did wrong.. it would take too long.

Has fixed both my washer and dryer on separate occasions quickly and officially.Getting other quotes some companies even told me to just get new machines as parts and labour would be hundredsKen swapped the whole top console with one he had from another model that was compatible.
