Communication was excellent every step of the way, he called when a new issue was found, explained the fix & cost, and confirmed how I wanted to proceed. Car is rolling along smoothly again.

What a GREAT experience I had with JBIRD they went out of their way for us after a horrible experience at another company! Disappointed with results. Simple starter replacement & starting troubleshooting. After receiving vehicle no start & battery condition low. Poor after service info provided to me the customer. Could have given a thorough opinion on battery condition.

Got a front wheel alignment done, fair price and great work. Really appreciated the appointment being booked in advance, took longer than expected but I should have dropped off my van sooner as requested. Not bad got it back before close and they did not try any monkey business to get more out of us. Was an honest trust worthy experience.

Highly recommend this business...they are simply the best, hands down! The ladies at the front are always helpful and friendly. The guys in the back are knowledgeable, honest and efficient. The cost for repairs is less than where I used to go, they only do what is needed, and I trust their work. I can not thank this business enough, for their excellent service, integrity, and professionalism!

I've been to Jbird's a few times with my 2017 Ram 1500. Justin and his crew are as reliable as they come. They've installed my lift and replaced a few worn components over the last year or so, and when working on my vehicle they always call to report their findings or to inform me if there's something I missed. The feedback is straight to the point and the advice is solid. They know I could be back more frequently if I bought sub-par (cheaper) components, yet they always recommend the best and most durable parts to keep my visits far and few between.
