We hired Inspection Platinum to do an inspection of a home that we were interested in buying. We like the house a lot, but we didn't want our emotions to guide our decision of the purchase. A friend of mine referred me to Éric Martin (the owner of Inspection Platinum) and after talking with him about his services, I had the confidence that we would do an excellent job in finding both minor and major points to consider before buying the house. When we arrived at the house on the inspection day, Éric was already on site assessing the exterior of the house. He shared with us in simple terms what he saw could be a problem and provided us some solutions to consider to fix it. I appreciate his candor, his honesty and his expertise at what he does. The way he does his job is akin to my family doctor: he'll verify everything that needs to be verified, assess the condition and provide guidelines to maintain and improve the health of the house. One last thing that I appreciate about Éric is how proactive he is: I ask him a question and he'll provide me with answers to other questions I haven't asked or wouldn't think to ask. That helped us in making a sound and intelligent decision on whether to purchase our house or not. We look forward in hiring Inspection Platinum every few years to do an assessment of our home to make sure it remains healthy for many more years to come.

Excellente expérience avec cette entreprise, deux fois plutôt qu'une. Inspecteur professionnel, qui s'assure de bien vulgariser ses explications. Très minutieux et détaillé. Son inspection est plus que complète. Le rapport est très détaillé et facile à consulter. Beaucoup de photos prises pour bien illustrer toutes les explications. Il y a même des dessins techniques à l'appui, au besoin. Je recommande Inspection Platinum pour faire votre inspection pré-achat. Nous avons été vraiment très satisfaits du service reçu.
