Every time we go it's around 630 (they close at 7) in the evening. Immediately the staff mention to us they are closing soon and can they help us, semi blocking the way in.It was ten minutes to as we were paying for our fax we sent and a young lady popped in. They heavily implied to her that they were closed and she couldn't come in. She mentioned she just needed pens and they very reluctantly welcomed her in.You close at 7. Not 630. Not ten to 7. You are retail. If someone comes in last minute you take them and treat them right. Do better Staples management. As a store manager myself I would never let my staff act this way.

I had a one-page doc to print. Lady sent me to the back of the printer line at 10 am, then again at 11 am, and then again at 1:00 pm. I finally got a printer but had to buy a gift card to print my one page. I bought my card only to have a card error. At this point the lady said she'd print it for me. It took her 10 seconds. She could have helped me hours earlier. She had no customers at her kiosk.

Store has been cut in half compared to its original size.. They do not carry the same stock as they used to in the past. Calling the store is a nightmare when you're trying to get someone on the floor, before you drive 25 minutes, 1 way, to see if they have something in stock. For the most part they have all the basics.

The employee who helped my son and I was very friendly and knowledgeable, saving us a lot of time searching for what we needed. The store is clean and well laid out, and prices are fair. Overall I prefer this to most other electronics stores.

I ordered ink for my canon printer on Tuesday and it arrived at my door this morning, Thursday. Very impressed.I was going to order ink from another large retailer in town where I buy groceries etc but the ordering system is ridiculous and they've been out of stock of the ink I need for a few months.Very impressed with this service from Staples. I live in a rural area and the shipping was still free. Thanks ,will make use of this service again

There needs to be more staff available to assist customers using the self serve printers. Staff seemed irritated when I asked for some help. The reloadable print cards also need to be replaced or replenished as staff appeared to have trouble finding one that would swipe properly to load funds and was taking an unnecessary amount of time, frustrating both employee and customer. I just kept thinking to myself, I thought they said this would be easy"."

There were 4 staff working. The lady at the print counter (who was busy with a small line of customers, and still tried to help me) and 3 young men (who would rather chat and socialize with each other than help customers). I was looking for something specific and even tried to call the store from the aisle I was in. You could hear the phone ring and see the employees but not one was willing to answer the phone or help when asked.I went elsewhere and got what I needed.

We were helped out by Kayla. We lost a family member and needed an obituary printed. She helped us out with the formatting, printing and did everything that she could to help us out during such a tough time. We couldn’t of asked for better service.
