Don't judge a book by its cover. If you can get past the store's appearance, you are bound to find something that you will like at a good price. To be certain; I bought a washer-dryer set, shower glass stalls and base, as well as a bathroom sink vanity with hardware about 10 years ago from here. Everything is still working without issues. Good service and delivery is included in Gatineau-Ottawa.

Their prices don’t make sense. Don’t think you’re getting a dealI bought a dishwasher from day one it never worked and I thought I just wasn’t setting it right. My washing machine stoped working 13 months later. To repair it was costing 1,100$

Don't be fooled. This place is terrible. The gentleman who served as originally instore was very professional and kind however the after care team has been nothing but awful. From the day our washing machine was delivered it was malfunctioning. They have sent a repair technician twice with no success to fix the issue and now say its OUR house that's the problem. All I want is a washing machine that WORKS I am not asking for anything fancy just a WORKING WASHING MACHINE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN MACHINE AND FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I am more then disappointed that a company can be so crooked. I feel robbed.

Bought appliances for kitchen last November 2015, fridge, stove & a dishwasher. Problem with dishwasher, called GE for service then I found out that it was registered last May of 2015 to another owner. This unit when bought by Me, was told that it was a dishwasher on display in store.(not to be) it had a previous owner. Once delivered at my house, the frame for the adjustment at the rear to level the unit was broken and now the soap dispenser is broken. Called Mgr at the Laval store, Her reply was to send it back to get a refund. I ask for a replacement but was denied, and I would have to return this unit at my cost.In conclusion if you should deal with the Gatineau store make sure you ask questions.R. E. Piecki

Robert came to fix a Samsung fridge that was not cooling and building up ice he recommended that it need 500$ repair parts but we ended up troubleshooting it ourselves by defrosting it and unplugging it .Be aware from this company they are not professional and liers .

Bought a Danby mini fridge refurbished from them.. they boost the regular price to let you think it's a good deal but when I looked up the serial number I ended up finding the exact same mini fridge brand new not refurbished for 1$ more on Danby website!!! Now I'm pretty sure that this is illegal!!!

Bought a washer in Gatineau and was never told it was refurbished. Once the delivery guys left, I removed the plastic wrap and found a half torn refurbished sticker in it. Also had the wrong manual in it. Got a dual door fridge manual instead. After 1 full day, it is already broken. Really disapointed and wont buy from there again

This was the worst experience for a delivery; did not deliver throughout the scheduled period and did not call to let us know about the delay. The product (a gas range) is defective; can't be used because it does not function and the company is now telling us that we have to deal directly with the manufacturer. They would not even help in trying to resolve the issue. I would definitely advise against doing business with this store. A truly horrible and frustrating experience.
