I recently purchased 3 batteries. The prices were excellent and the customer service was above and beyond. The guys were very friendly and helpful as I needed help installing my battery. I was very impressed. We had purchased batteries here before the name change and always satisfied. If you are in need of a battery, no need to look or price anything out anywhere else.This is the only place you need to consider.

Just bought a new battery for my motorcycle here and it was an excellent experience! The service was great, the staff were very knowledgeable and they even gave me a bit of a discount!I think this is now my go-to place for automotive and powersports batteries.

I have had a poor experience with both the customer service and the quality of product. I was sold a marine battery for my boat, based off of what the sales associate told me I needed. The battery started my boat initially, but seems as if it does not hold the charge or loses strength, on two latter instances the battery did not have enough power to start my boat (my boat has no draw, it has a master power switch). I went in hoping for a return and to move on, but they would not return my money insisting the battery is fine based off of the voltage tester. Less than impressed..

I just purchased a new battery for my suv and the prices are great here. I went to install it in the parking lot, forgot a wrench and even during covid the staff lent me tools to install it. Super nice of them. The customer service is great and so are the batteries.

Very happy with the service. I was having problems with my company vehicle and wanted to upgrade my electrical system (batteries, power inverter, cables etc.). Dave went above and beyond and made sure everything was working...now my laser printer can print without all my interior lights flickering. Great job Dave!

I was told by fellow workers to go to battery direct for a new battery when my car battery died. Kyle was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Something you don't often find these day. I will tell others to go to Canadian Energy. Service is very important to me! Thanks!

Was always my go to place for batteries, today I was informed to try Sutherland or Princess auto as they seem to only want corporate customers, I have bought 6 batteries there in the last year. Going to miss the old customer service of this place.
