Dry cleaned a bridesmaids dress for me same day after perfume was spilled on it! Great customer service and you could never tell there was ever a stain!

This was the first time I’ve used their service. Both times, when I dropped off a suit and picked it up, the lady working was super friendly and made the process simple. The suit also turned out great! It was a great experience and I will definitely continue to use them for my future dry cleaning needs.

DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING DRESS DRY CLEANED HERE! My husband brought my wedding dress there after our wedding. After getting a quote ($350) for the dress to be cleaned, we agreed to go with the cleaning. Master cleaners Lasalle asked if we wanted the veil done which I did not. A few weeks after getting the dress cleaned we received a call that it was ready for pick up. After paying for the dress I realized that the removable straps were missing and one of the padding cups was missing. When asked about the missing straps and cup Sherry (the manager) said they would ask the wearhouse if they were found. After calling master cleaners every week with no follow up from them Sherry said that the warehouse did not have time to “stop what they are doing and look for my straps”. After once again chasing after master cleaners for the straps my husband called today and they said that they could not refund the money for the missing pieces all they could do was offer a 150$ credit for a cleaning which we will not be using ever again. My straps cost 199$ plus tax which we will be paying out of pocket for. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service here and will never go here again. I feel bad for future brides who trust these people with their beloved gowns. I had to choose 1/5 stars but I would really choose negative 5 stars.

Had previously used master cleaners in Amherstburg prior to their closing. Never had an issue. First time using Lasalle location. Brought in a pea coat for dry cleaning. Picked it up from a thrift store in the U.S. and needed cleaning. Had a few spots on shoulder and waist line but nothing significant. When I picked up, coat came back in same state. Spots were still there and didn't appear cleaned at all. I could pick the spots of myself by hand but thought it would be taken care of with regular dry clean service. Paid $30 for nothing and have to return for 2nd cleaning (free of charge). Feel like I could have saved the $30 and 2 trips and just hand washed myself. Wouldn't recommend, won't return.

I brought a jacket and shirt in and mentioned the one spot on each item. They came back like as if the spots were never treated. I got the spot out on the shirt on my own and minimized the spot on the jacket. I will go elsewhere now. At least the shirt was pressed nicely.
