I don't even live in Waterloo, stopped here based on reviews. Pizza was well cooked, not soggy and had good flavor. Staff friendly and wait times short. Value is very good. Do yourself a favour, skip the chain restaurants you've had a million times before and give them a try. Four stars as I have never found a five star pizza (one day).

First time having their pizza tonight, recently moved to the area. Very very good pizza, the sauce has a secret element to it I couldn't quite put my finger on it, which is good.Working in the pizza industry myself, I recommend cooking for an extra 3-5 minutes. Other than that, very good pizza.

I didn’t run inside to purchase so I can’t give you experience on counter help. I did wait in the car and hold it on the way home which is over by Fairview mall Kitchener. Anyways it was hot and keeping my legs very warm which is great to feel. The toppings were plentiful which I love cheese so thank you. Something was just missing I found the flavour to be just meh nothing to brag about. I loved that it was hot, the crust was soft and there was a ton of cheese. Will I be back probably no but everyone else in my household loved it! They talked and talked about this place so much I had to try. Worth a try everyone has different taste buds.

By far my favorite pizza spot in the KW region. Great tasting pizza and the prices are fair. Always a large variety of fresh slices available.

Was visiting my friend in Cambridge went shopping in Waterloo area and came accross this really tasty pizza placeWe ordered costumized pizza to our liking and we were pleasantly surprised how good it was.Definitely would recommend this place to anyone local or if you passing by

I ordered a medium meat lovers and it came to $13 and change. It was a good pizza - better and cheaper than other pizza spots in area. I'd highly recommend

I came in a little after 8:30pm, after multiple attempts to call and order a pizza. I assumed the staff must have been busy so I decided to walk over. Since I saw online they were open until 10pm, I was shocked to find the place empty. After looking around to find someone, I saw the only staff member squatting on the floor, playing on her phone, hiding and completely ignoring me. After I rang the bell I requested my order of one pizza. She promptly cut me off and said the ovens were off and I could only buy slices. When I asked why the phone wasn't picked up multiple times ten minutes prior, she claimed she was too busy by herself (again, because there were so many non existent people?). Your business clearly says you are open until 10pm on Wednesday evenings. We keep trying to give you guys chances, but this was straight up insulting. Don't lie and have google say your open until 10pm while your ovens turn off before 8:45pm with a staff member is too busy checking their Instagram.Thank god there are other pizza joints in the area.

Love the pizza here, I've been ordering from them for over 6 years. No better pizza in KW!! The staff are always amazing when you go there. Keep up the great work.
