What a wonderful experience. I brought my bike in for repairs after an accident and wiley found the parts and patched her up. Wiley took my clunker and brought it off life support. Now I'm riding off into the sunset. I'm grateful, and the bike is too!

5 stars overall.The owner is very friendly and knows the area very well. He was a wealth of information about where to go, restaurants, etc. He also is well versed on the bikes, including how the e-bikes are built, if that’s your thing. The rental prices are quite high relative to other places that I’ve rented bikes (previously I’ve paid $8-12 for an 8-hour e-bike rental.The bikes are brand new too.

Very friendly service, and reasonable rates.However, with my 6’3” frame there was no suitable sized bike and also no fitting helmet.. Riding a child sized bike with a too small helmet is not the greatest experience.Rest of family was ok with the bikes.Bikeriding on the island is 2-3 out of 5. Lots of cars, no bike lanes. Although holiday weekend so maybe much busy than normal.Otherwise island is beautiful and has very scenic lookouts.

Had a flat tire and he fixed us up in a jiffy! Now we get to explore the island without having to take the ferry back to nanaimo for a repair! Turns out we just didn't know how to fill our own tire, but that's besides the point! Thanks for the help

Wylie seems to be an honest and integrable man who knows what he's doing. His prices are fair and he doesn't seem to try to upsell you or create issues like many bike mechanics try to do. He looked at my bike for 10 minutes and solved the issue no problem. I definitely recommend him to anyone. His service and bikes are too notch. He will be my go to mechanic from now on.

How wonderful to have Wylie work on our bikes here on Gabriola island....no need to cross over to the other side....his prices, well let me just say, he s a generous bike repair man and is able to tackle any bike problems you have ....he s a five star kinda guy....

Now I know why I don't do facebook! My posts there were unfinished and I was unable to modify them before they went off into the ether!!Maybe this'll be more friendly!Your help with my Razor E300 two wheeled scooter was invaluable.The conversion you did for me to a variable speed throttle works brilliantly.Great having your Cyqle" shop here on Gabriola Island.Thanks for your prompt and cheerful service. If anyone out there needs to check out cycles they'd do well to pop into your shop

We didn't buy a bike from CyQle and took our own bikes onto Gabriola but my kickstand cap screw came off just past the bike shop and my kickstand was dragging on the ground. We went back to the shop to see if we could buy a replacement and the owner replaced it for free. Such a small service on his part but very much appreciated on our part. The place looked closed and no answer when we rang the bell, but a phone call and Wiley came out and replaced my mangled chain at a good price. If it seems closed, try calling!
