I took Bella and Aria, my new kittens, to get their final vaccine. The vet was friendly and very helpful. Bella had a small reaction to the vaccine so she was sore and a bit disoriented. The vet returned my concerned call and guided me in looking after my baby. I was surprised when I received a follow up call after the weekend. Dr Kooyman wanted to make sure little Bella was doing well!

I would like to express my sincere and total appreciation to The Hamptons Vet Clinic for the most caring and knowledgeable care of my male cat that had a severe UTI. The receptionist who took my frantic call asked Dr. Anton if she could see him right away. They were willing to make that happen immediately. All other clinics could not accommodate me and suggested that I take him into emergency. I phoned throughout the day and was immediately connected with Dr. Anton. She was amazing and I wish I could remember who the receptionist was that day because she was exceptional as well. Thank you for saving my boy. Also, fees were very reasonable.

I inquired about a nail surgery estimate. To preface, I did not ask for an exam, this was specified several times. I merely needed an estimate for the surgery itself. My dog had just had a throughout examination exactly 1 week prior. Additionally, an examination of his foot would have been impossible as he was very protective of it. I had told the front desk individual that he did NOT need any additional examination, I just wanted an estimate for the surgery cost. She informed me that they could provide this. In the morning, he was put on the scale, despite my comments of already being weighed 1 week prior. When the vet finally came in, I asked about the estimate. She proceeded to monitor his heart rate despite me articulating it had just been assessed. She then presented me with the estimate, which was nearly double what I paid for his neutering. Understandably, I declined the surgery. After this inconsequential conversation, I was presented with a 90$ bill for the exam. I explained again that I did not need the exam, I just wanted a price estimate for surgery. I was then told that this was an exam, even though she didn't look at his paw once. I ended up paying 90$ for no advice, a heart exam, and weighing I didn't want nor didn't need. Wish I could give 0 stars. Please take your pet elsewhere.

I'm so upset that one of the techs cut my kitty's nails too far and caused it to bleed. This has never happened before. And while I know these things happen, they could have let us know about it right away so we're aware. Not see dried blood a few days later on her paw. Not impressed and very angry.

The staff are amazing and my dog has no fears or anxiety going here. Prices seem very good too. I've always been able to get appointments very quickly. I'm very pleased with this place.

I have my four kids coming here and so far all visits have been happy and satisfied. Staffs remembered my kids' names. Appointments can be easily made through phone call and email. Price is reasonable.

Amazing Place to take your pets for what ever reason. Reasonable costs. Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and so friendly. This is the second time I have use this location to fix a pet of ours and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a vet or just to have animal fixed. I trust them with my pets. Spay and neuter prices are amazing. Micro chip your pets for under 50$ plus tax. Easy location to get to. Parking is decent. Thank you to all the staff that took care of our animals, you put my stress at ease. WE will continue to highly recommend you all.

We have taken all of our pets to this animal hospital. We live in the area, and they are a short drive from home.More importantly, from the receptionist to all the Vets that have helped us, they are all just a wonderful group of people.If it's something serious, they get you in to see them very quickly. They have always been so good to us and our pets.Hamptons Animal Hospital will always be our first choice for all our pet needs.Great job to all who work there. Thank you for all you have done.

In September, our dog had a intestinal blockage. She has GI distress often, so I didn't think anything of it. When I brought her in, they quickly assessed her and said she needed surgery as soon as possible. They didn't waste any time and got her hooked up to some fluids. Within a couple of hours, she was in surgery and they saved my dogs life. I've had dogs my whole life and had never seen one that sick. It was horrible for our family and even worse for our Piper. Everyone at Hamptons, was amazing with her and treated her the way I expect my human children to be treated. They even let me take her home with her IV capped so I could try and get her to eat. Which she did. I will never go anywhere else now and I will never be able to thank them enough. We are going into 2023 with our Piper and she is healthy. Thank you Hamptons for being patient with me and saving my dog. No 'thank you' will ever seem adequate enough.Vets are not cheap, but not only are you paying for treatments your animal needs, you're also paying for the unbelievable care they show them in their time of need.
