I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone who's looking for smaller jobs or anyone who's not completely informed about the process of having someone engraved. It's very clear that if there's not a large enough payoff or profit, they're not interested in helping you and they don't like answering questions for people unfamiliar with the process.I was looking to have a custom memorial bench engraved for my mother in law who recently passed away. A simple metal plate with her name on it with a picture of her favorite dog. Super simple work it would seem.Initially, Alice seemed nice, but almost the second she heard it would be a smaller job, her tune completely changed. She rushed me off the phone, made it seem like she was too busy to help, kept saying things like I think you should reconsider this and not move forward with it"...I felt like more of a waste of her time than a valued customer. The quote was also almost double what she estimated over the phone after fees. Which I actually didn't really care about
