Exceptional service, knowledgable people, good prices, yes, yes and yes!I came from out of town, and brought in an old, weathered bike looking to get parts to fix it up. I had phoned the previous day and Isaiah told me that they were really busy, but had parts and could set me up with what I needed.When I arrived and got talking however, I was told that they could fit in a quick tire/ rim swap, as well as a crank swap as it required a special tool! Great! By the time I ate lunch, they had swapped parts, measured replacement cables, threw in some extra cable ends etc., checked out my pump, and let me test ride a used bike for my wife!I am extremely impressed at the effort they made to prioritize and care for each customer during the 1 hour I was there!Without a doubt I'd travel the 3 hours to get parts/service from this shop!Thank you Isaiah and team!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!I had my bike that needed some repairs after a different shop attempted the job, but could not solve. It was making noise and kept driving me nuts. I called Cranky’s and requested to bring my bike in to diagnose. The guys were very busy working on other requests, but did take some time to speak with me and I explained my concerns with my bike. One of the staff members listened to my request and took my bike for a ride around the lot to see if he could hear the issue I was speaking about. A few minutes later, they were able to diagnose a few spokes that were not installed correctly.Dropped off my bike and was able to pick it up another day. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to fix my bike. Bike is running very smooth and could not be happier with the service provided. The fact that they took my bike out for a small ride to see the issue and carefully inspect it was the type of service that placed them above and beyond in my books. Would recommend their shop and services. Pricing was good and it was great to finally have my bike running smooth and quiet once more.

I had the guys at Cranky's service my son's very old and worn bike and tighten up the handle bars that has become loose and out of line. Fast and well serviced. Unfortunately, a few days later, the handle bars became loose again. I arrived just before closing and they discovered that a part was rusty and broken. They replaced it on the spot, staying past closing to finish the job. They didn't charge for the part because they felt that they should have noticed the issue on our first visit. They are truly the best. Highly recommend.

Daniel and the crew at Cranky's are incredible. They have been taking care of my ride for the past 5 years and today they took it to the next level with a stem extender, brake cable resplacement, a great new Serfas seat and a Spring Tune-Up! Can't say enough about their excellent customer service. Definitely a satisfied customer!!

This shop is great. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, and quick service.I went to the shop a few weeks ago to see if I could raise my handle bars on my bike. They suggested three different options to that would work.They had the parts in the store, so they did the repair on the spot.I went in yesterday when my bike was having a mechanical issue. They took my bike in and found the issue and had back to me an hour or so later.I've brought my bike there before (this is my go to shop) and have always thought I'm getting a great value for the level of service they provide.I would highly recommend this business.

Great customer service, always friendly service. I bought two bikes here for my kids. Will come back for more :)
