We were promptly scheduled and on the morning of our install met the team of Tyler and Issac. They immediately began to help us move furniture etc out of the way and covered all to minimize disruption and mess in our home. Tyler also went above and beyond to coordinate the window installation with our electrician.Tyler and Issac worked very hard and diligently throughout the time they were onsite finding the best way to install the window with minimum disruption to our home. They also left our home in excellent condition-ensuring the entire window area was clean, neat and finished very professionally.We highly recommend Van Dolder's!

Needed a replacement patio door for installation within 3 weeks. Their competitor quoted 12 weeks.Ryan took my order and indicated that it could be a significant lead time but he would see what he could do. Called me two days later to say he had a crew and wanted to install that day. They showed up on time and were very professional. Performed the job in a couple of hours and it looks great.Thanks to Ryan (and Paul the scheduler) for going above and beyond.

We recently worked with VanDolders to replace several windows on an old brick home. It was a challenging project from both a design and installation perspective. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Van Dolder's in Collingwood. We had to replace 3 windows in our basement to meet the building code to operate a B&B. The staff came out to measure our windows and offer their suggestions. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and the price was good so we went with them. On the installation day they showed up when they said they would, gave me a quick rundown of their plan for the day and asked if I had any questions then respectfully laid down large runners that protected our flooring. This screamed professionalism and consideration to me. They ran into an unexpected surprise in the exposed framing when they removed the old windows but quickly assured me that it wasn't anything they couldn't overcome. As a result the job took longer than they likely expected it would and they had to return to finish it another day but they got the job done with no additional charges to us. I love my new windows. They look so good. Thank you for doing such a great job and for respecting your customers which sadly seems to be rare in many businesses these days.

Van Dolder's of Collingwood installed two windows for me about a month ago. The two man team showed up and were very courteous and efficient. Very clean in their process as well. Would absolutely recommend

Avoid getting new gutters ( 3 corners are leaking-very disappointed) and be prepared for siding projects to be abandoned with finishing touches unfinished (Maibec siding installed is split and hanging spigots) and, no response after initially saying that they would respond to outstanding issues.They were fine for windows and doors, but anything beyond that, may the buyer beware in their ability to finish a job properly.

I worked with Jason (project manager) on my house. He was always available to answer questions and concerns. The house turned fantastic and we are very happy. Thanks for all your work!
