WIN Home Inspection

Showed up on time and was professional and respectful of our property. Was very thorough and complete with not only finding potential issues but making suggestions on how to deal with them. Report was available later the same day as inspection. I will definitely use WIN Home Inspection again. Would be worth using even for a long time home owner to help spot the little fixes that are needed to keep a home functioning properly and prevent any major issues from popping up and surprising you.

We are investors new to the Whatcom market, so we needed a new inspector. I specifically asked for an experienced inspector who knows the area and what to look for in an old home. We were looking for a fixer upper so we needed someone who was willing to dig a little deeper and know what to look for. We found JD to be on time, professional, and very experienced. We joined him after the inspection and he broke down all of his findings, and then asked for questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We received the written inspection within 24 hours. When I emailed him an additional question he responded almost immediately. Our realtor recommended WIN home inspections and I recommend them as well, specifically our home inspector JD because he is the one we worked with.

Had many inspection on homes over the years and this was the best. On time and dedicated to doing a great job for us. Jeff explained every step of the inspection and answered all our questions. Very prompt and communicative from the start. I was working but we had Hunter, who met with my partner and her parents, and they told me he was very knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. He emailed the report same day as he said he would, and there was more information than I even thought there would be. I feel for the price you receive a lot a of value from the amount of time the inspector spends evaluating, creating the report, and having the knowledge and background that they have.
