Contact PuroClean for fast and professional service.Our insurance provider recommended we contact First General Services shortly after a tornado hit our property Friday evening, as they are listed as a 24 hour service provider. We spoke with Keith, who told us there was nothing First General could do for us. Keith seemed too inconvenienced to help us. He was rude and unempathetic. As a manager of a company that deals with customers who have experienced misfortune, Keith should be ashamed of his customer service skills. Keith: recognize the urgency of a given situation and appropriately communicate with a customer; if you're unable to provide a service apologize and provide options in which you can provide or recommend other service providers that may be able to help.Following our very frustrating and demoralizing conversation with Keith, we contacted PuroClean, who came out to our property, assessed the damage, arranged tarps for the roofs and seacans for all our personal belongings. Kinda useless, plus they charge an extra $3500 on top of your insurance deductable

My insurer told me to get some quotes for smoke damage. I called on February 25th and spoke to Keith. I asked for a quote for smoke damage to my house. He replied we are booked up for 3 months. I said I only need a quote for insurance, not a rush to get work done. He said I'm to booked up to do a quote. I said can you book me in a week or two for a quote. He said I've decided I will not give you a quote and hung up on me laughing. I was warned to not hire First General Services because their work is substandard. I highly recommend to not deal with this company. Try another home restoration business. I do hope that Keith is reprimanded for his rude service. If he continues treating all customers like this he wont have any customers.

The BEST business!! They are VERY efficient and extremely friendly and quick to respond. They genuinely care for their clients.
