A wonderful experience for my daughter. Dr. Tim was caring and explained everything to my daughter before he did it, easing her nerves. He was also extremely thorough explaining to me things I needed to know. The hygienists were kind and patient with my daughter. The reception staff was also welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Looking forward to our next visit.

Dr Tim and his team have always been an absolutely wonderful experience for my son (11) and daughter (6). They both look forward to going to see Dr Tim which I think speaks a lot to his fund and friendly manner. Dr Tim always talks them through the procedure while at the same time ensuring they experience minimal discomfort. I can’t recommend them enough if your kids have any hesitations towards the dentist or if you want to ensure that they have a good experience.

To all parents. Please be mindful of who's hands you are putting your children into. This clinic has lovely environment, full of welcoming people, but there are people out there who care more about making money then actual wellbeing of your child. Dr. Tim Seto told us that we needed over $3500 worth of work for our child. And that it is industry standard to charge upfront. To those who have full benefits and disposable income this may not be an issue but to those of us who are struggling to get by in this overpriced economy this is an unexpected burden. With this we decided to get a second opinion turns out his recommendations was to destroy prefectly healthy teeth as a make work project to get more money out of us. With our second opinion we saved nearly $3k and have a healthy child with healthy un wrecked teeth. All I can say to you is that second opinion is worth it for you and your child's well-being the real kicker to this all is we were fooled once but will not be fooled again i suggest the same to you parent to parent.

Dr.Chow is a one of a kind Orthodontist - she is wonderful. She provides personalized care with kindness and warmth. My daughter’s Ortho experience was as positive as you can get. We really appreciated her ability to treat our daughter personally each and every visit. She ensures your treatment is exactly what the patient requires - and adjust it if there is a requirement. There are no surprises in terms of payment - her care is transparent and honest. I would recommend Dr. Chow to anyone who is looking for an Orthodontist you believes in caring for your teeth and smile as if it were her own. We will be using Dr. Chow for our Son’s treatment as well. There was never a question. Thank you Dr. Chow!

SCOPed Dentistry is amazing! From receptionists to doctors, they treat my kids very well and my kids have never had any problems to visit their dentist in regular bases, even with the teeth cleaning! My daughter, Ada’s teeth were so horrible that she could not even smile with her mouth open two years ago. However, we are lucky enough to have our orthodontist Dr. Chow to work really hard on it. Last week, after removing all the braces, Ada finally picks up her big smile again, with so much confidence. Our family really appreciate doctor’s magic hands and making the entire orthodontics journey less scary.

Would highly recommend them for kids dental check ups! They are amazing, talk to the kids as kids and make it very clear and simple what they will be doing during each step. My son typically does not do well at medical style appointments but has never had a problem here. It’s great and the staff are all great from check in desk to the staff taking the payment! Love it all.

Most amazing dentist for the kids. Everybody is super friendly and make the kids the patient! Explain everything to them in a cute age appropriate way. We used to have issues getting X-rays done because our kids gag easily and other dentist office staff would get frustrated with them despite our kids trying their hardest. At SCOPED we’ve never had an issue and the kids seriously can’t wait for their next appointment. Highly recommend!!!

This Orthodontist is incredible. My children go there and they couldn’t make it more fun for them. My little girl fainted when she had X-rays for some reason and we moved here to get her through those scary experiences. Dr.Chow persevered with her and got X-rays. SCOPed have the ability for the patient to sit down and have X-rays which is helpful in my situation. We as a family couldn’t be happier, and won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Dr Chow and Dr Seto for always looking after us and to the ladies at the front desk for always keeping the client experience superior!

Dr. Chow and her team are amazing! My son has had the most wonderful orthodontic experience. Go see Dr. Chow! By far the best Orthodontist. My son just had his braces off and I couldn't be happier with the care and compassion shown throughout his entire treatment. ❤️
