I had the pleasure of working with Hayden & Gianni and they both made our experience extra ordinary from the moment we requested the job, to coordinating the technician in a short notice to be on site and get the job done. Overall a great service! Called their office on Tuesday and left a message, received a response from Haley within couple of hours and John was on site by Wednesday at noon. Everyone was very professional and did everything they could to provide me with the paperwork that I needed. Both Haley and John were very informative and treated me like a VIP. Pretty bold and unprofessional of you to be driving around a company car while tailgating, honking, and swearing at other drivers.Like other reviews on here stated, pleased send your techs back to driving school. This is so embarrassing for the company. I would never trust my building with a grown adult who acts like a boy.

Community Fire came out and did our yearly inspection, found an issue with the sprinkler system, and fixed it at 1/2 the price of the competitors. Prompt and courteous staff, who are very knowledgeable. A few months later, our fire panel had an issue, and I was thinking the worst, but it ended up being a labor only repair with no expensive parts. Yay !! These guys are honest !!

Terrible, total scammers!! It's a bait and switch for sure. Told me the inspection would be $110. The guy came and instantly said the battery was broken after 1 minute of looking at it even though the light turned on. Told me it would be 50$ to get a new battery which he had in his car of course. I looked up the price of the battery and it is only 30$ at Canadian Tire. He told me if he didn't change it right at this visit, he would have to charge another $110 to come again for the light inspection. So of course, I had no choice but to pay the $50. Now, I got the bill and they charged me ANOTHER $127 service fee for him fixing the battery. The whole inspection was less than 30minutes INCLUDING the time he spent changing" the battery."
