really unpleasant experience with Marlene today. I stopped by after a long walk along the shore, with a friend who offered to buy us a Radler we could enjoy at home. from the moment we entered the store I felt watched and judged by the lady at the cash. Sure enough, she immediately asked me for my ID when we came up to pay and greeted her.Dressed in my gym clothes, I obviously didn’t have a wallet on me. My overwhelming sense is that Marlene saw me, didn’t like me, and wanted to complicate my day the only way she could.I understand that LCBO employees have the authority, and important responsibility, of preventing alcohol from getting into the hands of kids, teenagers, and intoxicated people. But it was a complete failure of discretion for Marlene to ask for ID from a bearded, 6’3, 28-year old buying a single low-alcohol beverage in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday.To make things worse, Marlene’s attitude in denying service was condescending and rude. Ultimately, no important public welfare goals were met today, all Marlene did was make me feel bad on a beautiful summer day.

Came in after the lady on cash had argued with two early 20’s people was really passive aggressive to me afterwards really disappointed in my customer service

Bad selection not full. Rude employee he made comment as we left, difficulty when purchasing pear cider. If there was word to describe this cashier it would be power hungry

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Small vintage section. Good sized beer cooler. Shelves were very well stocked here. Loads of parking.

The young ladies are very friendly and helpful coming up with good suggestions pointing me in the right direction

Terrible and incompetent employees. They do not know how to problem-solve, or enforce a simple rule about who to take next in line.

Really poor service tn the lady on cash was rude to multiple customers including myself, disappointed in my visit as i was just trying to buy beer and instead i got a lot of negativity
