Food was made nice, staff was friendly , store was clean, accept all payment types and thats were the 3 stars come from the 2 i didnt put are because, they only had white bread no other options, and over half of the sub options were out of stock, they only had chicken, and cold cut, every other type was out of stock and this was on a saterday at 12:30pm so no excuse for this. i might add not the first time this has happened, i stop here once to twice a week as its the only place close that makes food, and half the time its like that with stuff out of stock or no bread options. Totally unacceptable

Terrible customer service. Asked what type of bread they have knowing they always are out of stuff and the guy said what's right in front of you". So I said one and nope doesn't have it. Asked for another and said no don't have it. So I say why don't u just tell me what u got??? Rolls his eyes then tells me just white bread. Serious attitude issue from people that clearly don't want to be there."

Read the latest reviews - this is THE worst Subway I have ever been to. They never have any veggies out (an ex-employee told me they do have fresh veggies, they just cannot be bothered putting them out). They rarely have all the breads available. The owner clearly does not care, so why should I spend my money there! Avoid at all costs, and go to Bassano Subway 35 minutes east on Hwy 1 as it is way better.

Would rate ZERO stars if I could.The only customer in the store and was completely ignored by staff who were pretending to be busy. Disgusting customer service. First and last time I stop at this location

Bad service, and expired vegetables, and charging me for food I didn’t order. I was excited they were building a subway there because I drive truck and they have a big parking lot. But I will never buy from there again.

Very bad. They tried to fool us. We ordered green godess veggie. They already knew there wasn't any avocados (which is the primary ingredient). They said they don't have avocados only after when they started making it and only after I asked it. Without avocados , it became Veggie delite, which is a different menu item. Zero stars.

nice people but the place is dirty. floors. trash was filled beyond capacity inside and the windows displaying the condiments was full of streaks and didnt look appealing. ate here because it was the only place to eat in town. not coming back.

The guy cashier with a curly/wavy hair charge us extra sandwich when I only bought one. Asks him why my bill is $22+ for one sandwich and said their price on the menu board is not updated. Maybe he did not expect that i will ask for the receipt and found out that he charged me 2 sandwiches. The other staff (a girl) assist him do a refund and charged me the right one.
