It's a good store. They have a lot of different selections. The store is always very clean. Love shopping here. great customer service experience everytime. Thank you.

Severely harrasased by store employee...in fact illegally video taped via there personal phone ...this worker should not at all be dealing with public...rest of the workers who I have known for sometime are awesome and in fact came. To apologize about the conduct of this worker ...be prepared for surveillance of said worker ..called dollar store customer service..no response...be aware customers ..nasty

Cashier working at 2:45 is the rudest lady I have ever met! She has no customer service skills once so over, I’ve been here multiple times and thought mabey just a bad day, tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but no! She is a miserable lady who should not be working with the public! She was rude to the lady In front of me , to me & also to my child! Disgusting human being!

The worst customer service. The cashier asked if I would like to purchase bag i declined because I have two big containers so I could use it. After I've declined the bag, the lady starts to scan my items. I was trying to place the scanned items in the big containers to help her out (there were three others lining up behind me). She didn't want to hand me the scanned items but kept them next to her. Then she asked me to step back because I have to social distance between her and the counter, so I stepped back. She then told me the total amount, I had to ask her if I could step closer to pay, she said now you could. So then she didn't help to place the item into the containers, she stepped back watched me placing my items in my containers while there are more ppl lining up behind me. This is the first time I've had bad experience with Dollarama staff. This woman doesn't want to work. There are a lot of people needs a job right now, if this staff member is not willing to work or happy working, perhaps she should be staying home.

I have been going to this dollarama for years and I have never had any issues. Today, however, my experience changed. There was an extremely rude older woman at the cash wearing glasses. My son is nearly two and as soon as I got there, she asked me does he need a mask". I was a little confused at first because I have never been spoken to this rudely at any store. I told her that we have been practicing with the mask and will soon be wearing it and she continued to tell me that the government requires a mask at 2. Maybe the supervisors at this location should require their employees like her to wear proper and correct face masks instead of cloth masks. This might make her feel safer and then she wouldn't have to constantly berate customers that enter into the store."

I absolutely LOVE this store, the employees are absolute gems, so kind and helpful, I've been here easily 40 times, they almost always stocked, and its very clean.

After reading the very poor low star reviews, I felt bad to write down what I really think about this Dollarama's exquisite (sarcasm) friendly staff. Honestly, if you're miserable at work, quit and go somewhere else. Don't be rude to the customers that come in and actually help to pay for you working there. There's plenty of appreciative people who don't have a job that would be glad to take your place. There was a rude cashier and a rude older fellow that was stocking the shelves. Be respectful to people.

Hilarious so I go here often but I go in today. Must be a new staff they needed to call for back up to cash! They did not I get to the till with a 50$ bill she calls for bill check then asks the lady to jump on cash… You should have done that a long time ago ridiculous!

Rude racist old white lady with long gray hair on staff followed me around the store then asked me if I had anything else to declare besides what I paid for. And her colleagues stood there and didn’t say anything to her to discourage her behavior. Absolutely disgusting.

There’s one older lady that works there that is so incredibly rude. Don’t bother asking for help where to find something. She will flat out ignore you or say “whatever’s on the shelf” without even looking as if you’ve just terribly incinvenienced her day. Rude in front of children too.. extremely disrespectful.
