I knew exactly what set of wheels and tires I wanted for our new car’s first winter season. After calling around to the “big guys” and being left on hold endlessly or told to wait until December, I emailed Superior Tire and Auto and had a response from Greg with-in 15 minutes and a full quote an hour later. Just a week after that I was on the road with the new wheels and tires installed on our Tesla Model Y.The team was friendly and professional, and managed to take great care of us and our car even during the busy season. They made the whole thing incredibly easy and painless -- I can't recommend them enough!

I called this auto shop to have some break work done on my venicole. I was very anxious regarding the noise in my vehicle. They said I could bring it as soon as possible and they did the repair for me the same day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional and polite very friendly. Called in looking for a set of summer tires, a brand & size superior lists on the website.Was told they don’t have them in stock, which is fine and understandable, I asked if or when they could get them and was told not sure and that was awkwardly the end of the call. Called superior tire out in oak ridges for the same tire, was also told they don’t have stock but can have them in a few days, they seemed as confused as I was as to why the Barrie location wasn’t willing to order them. 1 star would be unfair as I have no idea the quality of the work but it seems strange that they wouldn’t want the business.

I've been dealing with Greg and his crew for 8 yrs now. Always on time for appointments, excellent advice on tire selection and among the best prices around Barrie. Most important to me is his high level of integrity. New tires on my black Jag left a mark on one rim. Greg could not figure out how it happened but he took my word and offered to have the wheel repaired. I have sent my neighbours and friends to him with confidence. He's put new tires on all of these vehicles for me. Thanks Greg.

Friendly customer service and reasonable rates. Went in for an oil change and they fixed an issue with my belts that I was avoiding because of the poor workmanship and cost at the other place I had been going to. Great honest family business.

Called them for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on my Mercedes E63s, they booked me in for the same week and when I showed up to my appointment I was in and out within an hour. Friendly staff on the desk and a clean waiting room. No surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I've been to several tire shops in the Barrie area and without a doubt this will be my new go to tire shop.
