I can't give less than one star..Had a plane ticket from Feb 26 to March 3rd to Victoria...flight was cancelled due to weather. They rebooked my flight from 2nd to 3rd of March. I asked if I could fly on another airline.. Answer was because its weather related we do not have to..". I don't have the words to express my dismay..."

The worst airline and it is not a close race. Literally, they cannot get a single thing right ever. Its amazing they actually have planes and haven't managed to trade them for magic beans or something

First off customer support have poor Customer relations and half the time they useless…Checkin @ YOW air canada (Dana) the ginger is super dry doesnt even say hello or anything… 0 customer service, 0 communication and 0 welcoming to a SE, im not expecting anything but like a simple Hi back wouldve been nice. Anyways Dana I hope you lose your job… you do not represent air canada.Another story:I would give a zero if that was an option. As a SE member they have such poor customer service -- Had a booking from YYZ to FRA and did not receive my Aeroplan points becasue they changed my flight last minute from LH4267 to EuroWings Discovery flight (4Y79) -- anyways after calling Aeroplan, Lufthansa, and AirCanada they all seem to be clueless and not helpful each airline/service tells me to contact Lufthansa because they are partners but flight was operated by EW. Flew Air Canada this week from Edmonton to Toronto then Ottawa. It was a long trip at 7 hours. I'm used to a direct 4 hour flight to Ottawa. So that wasn't fun. But I do have to say the movie selection and TV on the back seat are awesome. I did have the unfortunate experience of eating on the plane. I missed the airport kiosks as I was running late. The bagel I had was soggy and cold. Really not good but I was so hungry I had to eat it. I think Air Canada service has really downgraded since 25 years ago. Awe.

We bought 4 tickets for a trip in June 2022 totalling over $6k USD. It had to be cancelled because of airport delays and trip cancellations on Air Canada's side, and we were offered a full refund. We were told it would arrive within 3 weeks but we haven't received it. No one at the call center has been able to help. I submitted a complaint at the online portal weeks ago but still nothing. I'm posting on various social media locations before going to small claims court. This is ridiculous. Service has been painful. Driving 3 days across the country was easier than getting a refund, that they promised, from Air Canada.

The worst experience ever, they canceled my international flight only 3 hours before departure, the manager at the counter was useless, no food voucher no accommodations no transportation arrengements NOTHING. I had to find a hotel transportation and food. Almost a month later they offered me a 300 CAD VOUCHER, what a JOKE, that amount does not cover all the expenses I incurred that night. People, there are always TRANSAT, COPA and many other airlines that treat people better and don't have that many safety issues.,lots of safety issues with AC I don't feel safe flying their old airplanes.

I haven’t flown in 11 years. We transferred to 2 planes. Both had great service. The supper was delicious and so was the breakfast. The coffee lacked taste. I enjoyed my flight from Canada to England and on the way back as well. The staff was really friendly. I would recommend this airline!

Thank you so much Clare and Hee Na(who’s Korean) I’m so sorry if I have butchered your names. But they were using the last two desks beside Porter on March 25th around 9am. These two ladies at Air Canada saved my butt for my flight from Ottawa to Toronto and connecting flight to Incheon South Korea. I totally messed up getting my wife’s K-ETA but these ladies were constantly trying to help me out with getting a contact number and even giving me tips on how to find my gate in Toronto since my connecting flight was super tight. Again thank you so much for making my day and going beyond to help my wife and I out

Absoloutely useless airline. Our guests are still sitting in Montreal, yesterday's flight got cancelled, today's is already saying its at least 1.5h late, and they were told they'd have to see if there's even room. To top it off the luguagge is lost. Medication and all. Eventually had drive to Mtl to pickup our guests, and nobody knows where the lugguage is. A nightmare to sort out. Joke of an Airline, and an embarassement that this is the National carrier.
