Dr. Baker and staff performed a miracle - cataracts out, new lens's in. So great to be able to see again! I recovered a full range of vision - distance, mid and near. Although I still use readers for serious reading I'm able to read just fine for things such as menus, labels, signage, sub titles, my phone, etc. I was impressed with the competence of everyone involved - the office staff, the technicians, the staff at Royal Jubilee and Dr. Baker. I appreciated his very careful and thoroughly professional approach throughout the process of assessing my eyes and making the best choice of lens. He takes the time to get it right. I am an 89 year old woman who had cataract surgery lately with Dr. Baker. He implanted Intraocular Speciality Lenses in each eye. The results were truly amazing. The day after my first surgery I drove without glasses for the first time in 50 years. The whole procedure was smooth and painless. Dr. Baker’s staff are kind and efficient, as were the nurses at the Jubilee. They explained the procedure beforehand and were extremely caring. I do not need glasses now for anything. What a miracle.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Baker and his team. I had a cyst removed from above my eye, a surgery I'd been avoiding my entire life. I was super nervous. They let me listen to Britney Spears (as per my request) for the duration of the surgery, and we talked about her the whole time. It was a great time, considering I was under the knife. I just got my sutures out today, and he did an immaculate job such that the scar is really hardly noticeable at all - something important when someone is working on your face! I’ve donated nine pairs of glasses recently that I will never need again.Dr. Stephen Baker has exceeded all my expectations. I’ve had two intraocular lenses implanted by Dr. Baker, about a month apart. In his office, Dr. Baker took the time to explain the procedure in easy-to-understand terms. My questions were fully answered. The surgeries took about 15 minutes and were completely pain-free. I was referred to Dr Baker due to a very quick decline in the vision in my right eye due to cataracts. It was determined that I was effectively blind in my right eye and would need lens replacement surgery. I was terrified, I have PTSD and could not imagine being awake for the surgery! Dr Baker was so understanding and reassured me that his team was awesome and that I wouldn't feel a thing. I didn't believe him but I decided that I would place my trust in him. From the moment I was called into the clinic (inside the hospital) I was attended to by the most awesome nurse named Delores, who didn't leave my side for a second! I wasn't anxious at all and the surgery itself was painless (as promised)..... sorry for not believing you Dr. Baker!! I am ecstatic to report that my vision 24 hours later was deemed 3 points off 20/20!! Amazing! I can't express my gratitude for Dr. Baker and his absolutely amazing team! I'm having my left eye done next month and I honestly can't wait. I expected to recover a portion of my vision but this is absolutely unbelievable! I was referred to Dr. Baker for cataract surgery. I’m 51 and has questions as my cataracts were worsening and I was still waiting for an appointment.I was really disappointed when I called the office angot the “don’t call us, talk to your referring source”. It’s 2023, client centred practice should be standard.If I’m referred, I should be contacted directly as the patient and not discouraged from calling for information.I got a referral to another ophthalmologist and they phoned me the next day.Surgery booked for this month.I got a call last month (2months after referral) for an appointment with Dr. Baker, but too late.Definitely disappointed in this experience.

I have seen Robyn for Botox and hydrafacials. She is an expert in her field, injections were pain free, she explained everything really clearly, and I felt safe and that I could trust her completely. She cares about her clients and is invested in making the treatments a positive and tailored experience. She is so warm and friendly and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skin health.
