Queens Spa and Tanning

I came in with my family for a girls day a couple days ago and they were super friendly! Worked with me to get what I wanted and she did such an amazing job, even with the difficult design I wanted! I'll definitely be coming back!

I was very happy with the service at my first visit. My bridal party, moms & I all got our nails done here and the place is very clean with a nice & welcoming atmosphere. As the bride, I also had a pedi done. The nail technicians did a outstanding job. I was very pleased with the result and will most likely return. Thank you!!

I have two reviews: I got my lashes done with Sue and had an amazing experience, she really took her time to make sure i got exactly what I wanted and i immediately felt comfortable with her and will definitely use her services again. 5 stars for SueMy friend and I also got Brazilian waxes…. completely different story. The woman was very aggressive with her method of waxing and it felt like she was trying to get it done and over with. i could tell she felt bad about the pain but if you are working in that area you should definitely have a gentle approach. making us feel comfortable with her handling such a delicate part of our bodies was not a priority to her for either of us. my friend ended up not finishing the treatment because she was so uncomfortable and it wasn’t just because of the pain. wouldn’t recommend their waxing services at all.

I've been here multiple times and the staff is friendly and the spa is clean and aesthetically pleasing.Everytime I've received a pedicure with shellac, it's been great and they last weeks without chipping.However; I just started getting bio gel overlay on my finger nails and they started coming off within a week and the shellac is chipping. Also, the shape of my nails are crooked and look awful. I've gone a few times now for this particular service and I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Look I'm not gonna lie this is my favorite hands down place to do get my nails done! I've been going for a few years sporadically and I've never had a bad experience, I've gone to multiple places in Brantford but Queens is always a great experience! Nice tech's and great overall vibes!

Less than one if I could.I know we all love our girl time, girly chats, but don't do it here. They will spin n spread everything you say. Rude rude rude. Owner a b too.

I will not return! I have been getting my nails done for years! I was in today and my cost had gone up.. I questioned why? they replied with the length". LMFAO So what is the initial $45.00 for ? My nails were absolutely not extremely long I get them trimmed

I loved the environment as the place was very friendly and clean!I went in today to get a manicure.However, the lady doing my nails refused to do the design I liked best as she said “the design will not look good due to how short your nails are”.I struggle with health issues leaving it hard for me to grow nails even a little bit. I had finally built up the courage to get my regular nails done how I wanted, but was refused the design I wanted because of her opinion.I would recommend this place as they do a fantastic job and I am satisfied with the alternative I was given.However the sharp opinion of some of the ladies may leave some unsettled.

Pedicure chairs aren't that strong and only last 10 minutes per session and theI went there for the first time a week ago *use to go to magic nails for a few months when I moved back to town but they never turned out how I wanted..* and one of the most popular nail tech there ripped off half my nail taking off my old set (blamed me) even tho i told her it reallt hurts when she was lifting it(i was in tears almost and cut me 3 times.. and then charged me 130$ for a basic set I will never come here again.
