The staff are nice but they falsely advertise the amount of money u get back. For example, they advertise, 80% at least. But u get 20 bucks which is not even an quarter of what u get. Or wait a year and have a small chance of getting 50$, just for them to probably sell it for double, which I bought a use book for.

I couldn’t be more impressed. I was looking online and at 10pm sent a message and was so shocked I got a reply. They answered all my questions and gave me a tip about ordering before 4 to get same day shipping. I was hesitant that Canada post would come thru on their estimate of delivery of 1-3 days but the book arrived in ONE day. So thrilled ! The level of professionalism,friendliness and help was top notch without any pressure. Highly recommend this great company and staff.

I ordered a textbook at night and the next day i was called to pick it up! exceptionally, fast and reliable customer service they have. I was able to pick it up fast and in the process was very safe to do so! definitely recommend students to purchase their books here as the prices are affordable and service is great :)

TL:DR ---> Good Customer Service and Great pricing. :)Just called Scorpio and the person servicing me told me to use their online book check on their website.I completed the online book check very simple and easy to understand instructions couldn't be anymore clear. They responded very quickly and provided me quotes for my books.Will definitely buy my next semester books here. Highly recommend.

Amazing! I've ordered multiple textbooks from Scorpio this semester and the online process is so easy. They have good options (new/used) and great prices. Every time I've ordered, it's been delivered within a couple of days which has been a lifesaver during this time. I highly recommend buying your book through this store.

This place has it all, books at the best rates (with the option to sell them back and get 80% of your money back), cheapest passport sizes photos in the whole of Toronto and so much more. The staff is friendly and helpful and ready to accommodate with any difficulties you might face with anything. I recommend this place 100%!!

This place is good as long as you keep buying from them and don’t return stuff. I purchased a new book, professor said the new edition isn’t needed so I went to return the book which was in brand new condition. I was charged approximately $30 which they deducted. It was called a “restocking fee”. Never going there again. Get your books from campus, they have fully transparent refund policyEDIT: I returned the books in a week after I purchased them, and I did not return them because of some cousin, my professor said the new edition isn't needed. I will actively tell my friends that not only does this store rip you off, they have the audacity to tell lies. I was not offered any store credit, I asked for a refund and I was told that Scorpio charges a restocking fee" and they deducted the money."
