Worst customer service I have ever seen. At installation, the owner did not order enough supplies and we were constantly faced with delays. Since installation, the fence broke twice. The owner Jorge does not answer phones, or reply to messages. When he finally does, and promises to come the next day, he is nowhere to be seen. This goes on and on for months. I am extremely disappointed with Pro-Fence and Deck.After posting this review, Jorge finally came today. It took a few minutes to fix the fence. Edit: December 2022: After over a year and over a dozen false promises of showing up and fixing the problem. Profence has NEVER showed up to fix our deficiencies. Communication is horrendous and it is always us having to follow up with Jorge. We are so disappointed in their servicesEdit November 10 2021: Profence has come to fix some of the quick fix issues. They have owned up to their mistakes and have investigated the bowing which they think is a manufacturer issue and are in the process of replacing the affected panels but this cannot be done until the spring.We unfortunately had both our fence and deck installed by Profence. After less than 3 years, the bottom panels on 75% of the fence have bowed. Some vertical panels were cut shorter than others leaving a gap at the top of the fence and exposed screws. The cuts on our deck are atrocious and multiple screws were left scattered on our grass. We have contacted them NUMEROUS times this summer to assess the quality of their work. 4 times they have said they would come, 4 times they have not shown up. Now it is impossible to get any reply.

As soon as the last bit of snow was gone, Jorge Sr. was at our house. He was very thorough in going over the deck contract, timelines and project. He answered all our questions and was a consistent presence and communicator throughout the project. His team was hard working and punctual which was appreciated. Jorge Sr. was transparent when adjustments to the project were required, always offering great advice to ensure the best product. We are very pleased with the end result, a brand new deck that we have already taken advantage of and look forward to overusing the rest of spring, summer, and fall. When thinking of my experience with Pro-Fence and Decks Inc, four words come to mind.Wow, professional, quality, service.I’m a new home owner with a humble little place in Orleans. I am however walking taller with the sexy new fence and deck they’ve added for my family. Sometimes it’s all about the little things and the details. Pro-Fence came to me as a referral from a friend who has used them many times before and had nothing but great things to say regarding the staff and quality of work. I had spoken with a few other vendors before being put in contact with Pro-Fence but Jorge’s professionalism and eagerness to help with my project sold me immediately. I hired Pro-Fence to install a PVC fence and am very happy that I did. Jorge and his team were a pleasure to deal with, made the buying process easy, and delivered A1 craftsmanship.I will be using Pro-Fence for future projects and highly recommend them to everyone else.

EDIT: May 31, 2022 - Pro Fence and Decks has replaced most of the fence after finally receiving confirmation from the manufacturer that there was a defect with the product installed. They acknowledged that communication could have been better during the 14 month wait to get this resolved.Our fence has completely faded in all areas exposed to direct sunlight after only four years. We contacted Pro Fence and Decks earlier this year to get this fixed. After weekly emails and phone calls they finally came by in July 2021 to look at the issue and take some photos. The photos I am attaching are the ones taken by the company. They agreed the fence had faded and needed to be fixed. Since then, the company has ignored all emails and phone calls. It has now been six months since we initially contacted them and our fence is still no closer to being fixed. Pro Fence and Decks is a complete sham. We opened a claim with the BBB but they ignored it completely and it has impacted their BBB rating. They are no longer BBB accredited because of this. They use inferior materials and they don't care about their customers. Your fence will look horrible after only a couple of years and they will not honour their written warranty. Your only option will be to bring them to small claims court, which is our next step. They are a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and pick any other company!

I have been using Pro-fence services and products for more than 10 years for several fences and decks last one was last week been finished took them a little bit longer but can't blame them it covid19 delay everywhere.. The job done worths the wait ... Thank you Jorge and the team.

Top notch customer service, and quality work. We've hired Pro-Fence and Decks a couple of times now. They built a beautiful deck for us, that has held up superbly over the past 8 years. They also installed PVC fencing for us and our neighbors - 7 years later, we had a latch break on one of our gates, and Jorge had his crew come over and fix it, no questions asked. I'd highly recommend them.

I hired Pro-Fence and Deck to install my custom fence and to renovate my basement! What an amazing experience it was!! I was dealing Jorge ( Manager/Owner) extremely friendly and honest person to work with, we had a small delay due to shortage of wood and lack of employees due to covid, Jorge and the Pro-Fence family made sure to advise me on every delay and made sure the job got done and done RIGHT!Jorge's quality of work is next to none! The workmanship and top quality material used to renovate my basement was just amazing. I highly recommend Pro-Fence and Decks for ANY renovation needs! We had our fence installed by ProFence and Decks. While the work was acceptable, there’s been an issue with the fence doors sagging that has yet to be rectified. I have been calling them for the last few weeks to try and fix this but it seems to fall on deaf ears. The one time someone did answer the phone, they said they would send someone out but nobody ever did. Ultimately I feel a negative review is the only way to get their attention. If they ever end up coming, I’ll update this review, but for the time being it’ll stay at 1 star for absolutely horrible customer service.
