I hate waiting forever. They never respect timings

I recently purchased a semi-new vehicle from Kia Ste Julie and had the pleasure of dealing with the financial director, Erica Foster. She was fantastic throughout the entire vehicle purchase and went above and beyond what was required of her. She was efficient and ensured everything was ready for delivery. She also assisted me in obtaining money back from my old warranty which a local Kia dealer was not interested in assisting me with. She was always prompt in returning my calls and equally assisted me with the intra provincial transfer. She is a true gem. I sincerely hope that the owner of this Kia franchise recognizes just how valuable an employee she is to their business. Thank you so very much Erica. You have been a true blessing!!!

I bought a car at that dealership, big mistake, when they want to sell you they will roll the red carpet, afterwards it's hell! My advice to you if you must buy a Kia, do not go there as they do not respect their contracts, they are dishonest and dishonest. Our kia niro phev has been coming here for warranty work and they fixed the multiple issues with our vehicle. They maintained great communication with them throughout the entire process. Will definitely bring our vehicle back there if any repairs need to be done.

This dealership is amazing! I believe that they are the largest KIA in Canada and it shows. The staff are sharp and were able to take the time out for all the questions that I had. I've been with different dealers last few years, where this is the worst one, the worst service I've ever seen. I got stuck now to get my money back, I reserved a car, the guy was so into getting me to pay for a reservation then he never called me again nor being available for any call....

We got our electric car from here. The Niro electric car is absolutely fabulous. Runs well, goes far, is smooth and so far stands up to the test of using it a lot.

** TOTALLY LACK OF SALES-MIND **I dare say this is the worst KIA dealer in the Montreal area. I visited several KIA dealers in the Montreal area, but I didn't feel like I was being treated as a customer at all here, and he wasn't interested in me at all. All the conversations were the only answers to the questions I asked. No intention of selling the car. He never smiled at all during the conversation and didn't even tell me his name when we first met in the lobby. In particular, I would like to say that families with children SHOULD NEVER visit this place. I wandered around the lobby looking for chairs myself for my children.I like the KIA brand, but I will tell my friends around me not to visit this KIA dealer branch, which totally lacks the qualities of a sales mind.

Amazing service, everyone is so Kind and willing to give the best out of them. Specifically Yassine, he was so helpful and provided us with all the advice we needed to buy a car.So, we bought an used car, unlike other brand name dealers, Kia sainte Julie did inspected the car they were selling, acknowledged what has to be replaced on the car and replaced it.

Honestly disappointing! Bought brand new 2020 car to then get a call 4 months later saying owe money went in and they realized I might not... no papers from contracts matched. And when I had appointment for oil change and tire change(tires were supposed to be stored there when I purchased car) get a call an hour later saying they can't find them so they need to reorder them and as soon as they receive them they will give me another appointment so I get to miss 2 days of work because of their mistake lovely
