Mark was so great to help sell our grandmothers mobile home. He’s so knowledgable about mobile homes, how they are built and what the parks require for sales. He is genuine and we felt he really cared about the needs of both the sellers and buyers as most are lower income seniors. I felt he was real. He also worked very hard and held lots open houses. Was easy to communicate with from out of town and made every part of the transaction easy. Wouldn't use anyone else. He honestly knows mobile homes inside and out. Highly recommend him.

In a Covid world they got my place sold, they handled the showings, always stayed in touch & kept me informed & even helped me with my move, all for very reasonable rates. Let's face it, moving is always challenging & being able to trust your Realtor is paramount but, it's also the little details that makes a Realtor great & your selling (or buying) experience less stressful.Southern also came highly recommended & I left the province before my place sold (in fact days after I put it on the market). Mark not only kept me informed of every showing, he always left things safe & secure...yes I had someone checking & was always impressed leaving me free to move on & start over in my new home.
