Extremely helpful staff. Had a problem to solve, they worked through it with a couple of solutions. They found a way cheaper solution then I had thought of. Will keep going back.

Pretty bad customer service, I called to ask 1 simple question if they have a spark plug in stock. Not only was I on hold for 10 minutes after being ask if I could hold for a minute which my answer was no , then when someone finally picked up. They started dialing a number so I spoke up an they hung up on me. Then I called back an asked again an they wanted me to bring them the spark plug to cross reference an I told them sorry about your luck. I'm not an employee an not getting paid to do your work lol

Curbside pickup and online ordering is an absolute disaster. Phoned first week of June and was told they were filling online orders within a couple of days. Ordered 4 items online that were all said to be in stock at this store. Received a call the next day and was told 2 of the 4 items were available, that I could pick up what they had, and the rest would be in stock in a day or two. No call or communication for a week until I called them to ask if I could pick up what was available. They had sold what they had of my order to another customer, after having charged my credit card a week before, so after 10 days they had zero items in stock. The associate, (first initial L), whom I spoke with felt so horrible for me that she promised I would hear back from her within a day with some sort of update. That was 4 weeks ago. I was not allowed to cancel the order through the store, numerous attempts to email customer service were ignored, and it took weeks and dozens of calls to reach someone by phone. I have been promised it a week from now, so TSC will have had my money for 6 weeks and delivered me zero product. I will never shop here again.

Well stocked TSC store. Prices seemed normal. I was looking for electric fence units. They had good stock from patriot and galliger. Would return.

I really like the Peavy Mart hardware store, especially because it caters to local farmers and pet owners. It also has a good selection of gardening and seasonal products, outdoor clothing, plus a kids' section too!

Great place to get deals on things

Friendly helpful people with a lot of interesting products. Large animal supplies and feed to be had as well as an extensive dog supply area as well. can be a bit slow to get help at the back counter but worth the wait as the people usually know how to help you with your project and can provide catalogs to order items not on the floor.

Great variety of items and I like the variety of garden items.

Staff is friendly but know one is usually around if you have questions or you are having trouble finding something. Sale items are almost always sold out. Waste lots of time looking for the sale items, then find out its sold out. Would be a much better rating if those things improve but it's been this way as long as I've lived in the area. Unfortunate because we usually just shop somewhere else because of it.
