Came here with friends on Saturday night ... food was loved by all of us. My wife and I have been here previously and we returned for the cream bun dessert.Main courses are very good, both in flavour as well as portion size ... we had to take the remainder of our entrees home.We will definitely return.

Restaurant is beautiful inside and the food is also amazing! The ramen here is awesome, and there are various broths to try. I especially love the Spicy beef, especially with pork bone broth (make sure to specify the broth, since this isn’t the default option for this one).The staff is super friendly and also help out with ordering if it’s your first time. I highly recommend this resultant to anyone who wants a nice ambiance and very good food.The prices are fair and the portions are good.The take out options have also worked out well, and the ramen stays hot and tasty. Highly recommend combining it all in a pot and keeping it on low heat while you eat, since it can be a lot of soup for a single bowl!

I would give 6 stars if I could. The food was fantastic, from the ramen to the okonomiyaki to the cheese cake. But the reason for which this restaurant stayed so impressed in my mind was the service. Seeing such a lovely family taking care of their customers (us) and making sure we were happy made a very strong impression on me. We had a great time, and I would very much recommend this restaurant.

Super friendly service, the owner was so nice. Atmosphere was nice with lots of natural light. Ramen was best part of meal by far. Forgot to take a picture but also got pan-fried bao and gyoza, which were okay given the price.

another waterloo GOAT. ramen was delightful and it’s pretty nice that they got cool paintings up as well. food quality was pretty bless overall. hot wheels track and piano right when u walk in so u know we gotta give some bonus points for that. have a day.

One of my favourite restaurants in Waterloo. Very nice vibes inside and the staff are super sweet. I’ve had the bento boxes as well as some of the small dishes and everything is fantastic!

First time trying this location out after seeing the positive reviews.We were warmly greeted in their restaurant which also doubles as an art gallery. Large paintings which are displayed on sale are hung above the tables. The ordering system is unique in how you have to use your phone to order on their website. Odd, but not bad.We ordered three different ramen as well as a buckwheat shoju to share. The shoju was strong and warmed up, making it perfect for the winter weather.The ramen was good, and felt very much like a home cooked meal. The broth is lighter tasting but has enough flavour. Their katsu cod ramen comes with the juiciest cod but with the flakiest texture of coating on the outside. The only downside was the ramen had too much noodle compared to the meat and vegetable portion. We would have preferred a smaller portion but I guess two people could always share the meal as well!I would likely return again to try their other dishes. The welcoming and helpful staff are enough to make me return.

It's a smaller place, as far as I could tell there was only about 2 people working so service time for food was a little long. But worth the wait, the food was great, the atmosphere while a little strange does have areas for children to be entertained which is a rarity. Price was extremely affordable, I got a full course, app, drink, main, and dessert and tip, for under $50. Very happy with my time there and I will be coming back. Only real con, there was someone playing piano who was playing rather loudly, but that was another customer not staff.

Good ramen broth (we got the exclamation ramen). Tastes creamy.The fried pork buns are very good. Hot though and filing. Service was very good.
