I had a great experience from the second I bought my SIM card. I had a question that I emailed and got a helpful response (from a real person) in a matter of a couple of minutes. And that set the pattern going forward: when I made a typo on my mailing address, they re-sent another SIM for free. I've been really impressed with the service quality and speed.
